Nice cabin maybe avoid hot periods.

Lovely campsite and close to supermarket. Good equipment level for a little cabin.

Beds are double but in a kind of stacked way so got very hot at night and a bit of a mozzie problem but need to have windows open due to heat. Not the best sleep.

Tiny accommodation, in need of renovation/proper maintenance, basic things are missing/not safe

Quick check in. Liked the farm animals on site.

1) on first night we’ve run out of hot water after 2 children took showers. So no hot water was left for adults, we tried to go to shared showers but couldn’t find them or didn’t have access. One had to take cold shower, one had to wait till morning 2) the shower drain is blocked 3) all the pans and pots are very cheap/poor quality and completely worn out with Teflon cover peeling of, not safe at all to use. We had to buy pans and pots in the supermarket across the road. There was no knife for cutting vegetables, just bread knife and table knives 4) washing machine disappeared just before we were going to wash clothes. It was Saturday night and there was no one at reception the next two days to ask about it 5) worst thing - we’ve run out of gas on Sunday, could not cook breakfast and packed lunch the next morning, had to buy both for whole family while all the perishable groceries we bought for cooking breakfast/lunch went to waste as we were travelling all Monday. We called the number provided by property but there was only the answer machine and no one called back

Cozy and comfortable

Very nicely furnished, small but cozy, comfortable beds, basic but just what we wanted.

Nothing wrong really. The road noise may bother some. Shower warm, but could have more power.

Lovely little units. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpfull, Englisch speaking. Good bed. Great to have a toilet in the unit, so at night no reason to go to toilet building. Love the rabits and geese on the grounds.

Flushing of toilet was not perfect, minor item. The cutlery hadn't been used for a while and was bit dusty/greasy, minor item, after a good rinse all was fine. To get to the bed you need to get up a few steps, so might not be suitable for older people or people with handicap.

Disappointing.

The staff were extremely helpful.

The Pipowagon we had was very basic. It could have been comfortable, but the bed was very bad and the general layout was not great. The toilets / showers are a fair distance away.

Comfy cabin, very friendly staff, nice restaurant/bar on-site, and really clean showers.

Close enough to the motorway that I needed ear plugs to sleep. One of the cabin windows was broken, with sharp glass left on arrival.

Het was ok. Het viel ons toch wel tegen, ivm de locatie (naast de snelweg, veel lawaai daarvan).

Er waren dieren op het terrein, en het had gesneeuwd!:) Ook was het personeel vriendelijk.

Het was erg koud in de pipowagen, ook al hadden we de verwarming op het hoogst gezet (het wilde maar niet opwarmen). Daarbij hadden we ook erg dunne dekens gekregen... Ook was de pipowagen simpel ingericht, maar niet perse heel gezellig. En er was niks aanwezig qua zout, thee, koffie. Dat was wel een wat 'warmer' welkom geweest.

Duur verblijf voor 1 nacht in een mooie pipowagen als je houdt van overnachten in een bedstee.

De foto's van de pipowagen / chalet waren representatief. Helaas had ik die niet bekeken, anders had ik nog verder gezocht naar een andere locatie. Op het terrasje voor de deur was het mooi zitten naast de boomgaard. Het zou perfect geweest zijn als de A27 er niet langs liep en veel lawaai gaf. Maar de wind was ook ongunstig.

Ik had de foto's niet bekeken dus ik beperk me hier tot wat ik niet had kunnen weten. 1. De A27 geeft veel lawaai (bij de betreffende windrichting), teveel om lang op het terrasje voor de deur te zitten. 2. De prijs is voor een enkele nacht wegens de schoonmaakkosten wel heel erg hoog voor het gebodene. 3. De elektrische installatie lijkt onveilig omdat de aarde niet naar behoren werkt. In ieder geval het stopcontact links naast de ingang. Is gemeld, maar nog geen reactie ontvangen. 4. Op een maandag in de vakantie waren bijna alle restaurants in Sleeuwijk gesloten. Alleen een snackbar was open. 5. Het is verwarrend om een pipowagen een chalet te noemen op de site van Booking.com 6. Het is niet handig om in een kleine douchecabine een douchkraan te plaatsen met een hendel, die, als je je omdraait en er tegenaan stoot zorgt dat je een plens gloeiend heet water over je heen krijgt. En dat stop pas als je je hebt gerealiseerd wat er fout ging, want opzijn springen om de straal te ontwijken is er gezien de afmeting van de douchcabine ook slecht mogelijk.

De locatie, luxe camping ervaring

Met warm weer was de enige verkoeling alle ramen en deuren open, met gevolg een woning vol vliegen en kippen die binnen komen.

Nette Camping-Erfahrung für Erlebnisurlaub, aber bei Hitze nicht zu empfehlen.

Rustikale Unterkunft nicht isoliert, halt Bauwagen-Stil. Kaffee, Tee, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sowie Lüfter waren vorhanden. Am Ende des Campingplatzes konnten wir uns hinter Pipowagen und eine Hecke zum Picknick an ein angrenzendes Feld begeben, und damit auch der sengenden Sonne teils entgehen. Nette Veranda am Ende des Piopwagen. Auf der Breitseite ein Sitzplatz mit Markise.

Ein Fenster ließ sich leider nicht öffnen, da der Betätigungshebel abgebrochen war. Die Kaffeekanne hatte im Bodenbereich Sprünge und zersprang bei der Nutzung. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis grenzwertig.

Fijne overnachting!

De locatie was top, leuk en knusse camping. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er, of op loop afstand. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Bij aankomst was de vloer niet helemaal schoon. Er was wel gedweild maar er waren toch nog wat restjes. Ook op de muren zaten vlekken van doodgeslagen vliegen/muggen? Hier is denk ik niet zo goed op gelet.. 'S avonds koelt het flink af, maar met de aanwezige heater is dit goed te doen!

Gezellig en knus huisje

Het huisje was heel knus, schoon en het personeel is super vriendelijk. De high wine in het restaurant van de camping zou ik ook echt aanraden!

Je kon 's nachts wel de snelweg horen, mijn vriend had hier last van maar ik niet. Dus als je een lichte slaper bent is het misschien vervelend.

Gezellig en vriendelijk personeel, maar er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering.

Wel heel mooi en knus ingericht. Vriendelijk personeel.

De vloer in het chalet die al langere tijd niet gedweild leek te zijn en in de koelkast zat overduidelijk schimmel. In het restaurant betalen voor een kindermenu inclusief “roomijs”. Vervolgens wordt er aan het kind gevraagd welk ijsje die wil en dan mag je alsnog €3,25 extra betalen voor het ijsje. Een ijsje dat niet eens op de menu kaart te vinden is!
