La posizione e il parcheggio auto interno su Roma basilare ,e casa veramente fresca
Il giardino ha un potenziale enorme basterebbe tagliare erba ,togliere arredi oramai da riciclare ( da buttare) e pulire intorno alla casa

Perfekte Lage. Alle touristischen Ziele konnten gut mit den Bussen erreicht werden. Es gab einen sicheren Stellplatz für das Auto.
Der Zustand der Bäder war katastrophal. Die Duschpanele hing locker an der Wand, dahinter sehr viel Schimmel. Im anderen Bad verschimmelter Badvorhang.
