Просторен, голям апартамент. Локацията е удобна спрямо градския транспорт, както и наличието на супермаркети в околността.
Климатикът не работеше, терасата бе мръсна и невъзможна за използване, необходимо е основно почистване на апартамента , както и подмяна на някои мебели. Чуваха се доста съседите от горния етаж. За сметка на това домакинът бе отзивчив и любезен.
