About this apartment rental
This beautiful apartment, has everything to give you a fantastic stay, can accommodate 7 people and is a stone's throw from the Vatican, on the subway. Enjoy the services offered, the hospitality and the warmth of your own home.
This elegant apartment of 85 sqm fully renovated, located near the CITY 'VATICAN and the most beautiful attractions of the eternal city. It can accommodate up to 7 people (with extra bed) giving maximum comfort, and despite being very central, not in ZTL area (limited traffic zone), then with free access by car, you can easily park a few meters, in secure parking.
Located on the first floor in the building with lift. E 'consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed (for 2 people) LED TV, stereo and air conditioning. A large kitchen, with a table for 6 people, equipped with refrigerator, gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fully equipped washing of pots and pans. The two double bedrooms are also equipped with LED TV, and air conditioning, there are two bathrooms with shower, elegantly finished.
Our guests will enjoy all the services we offer, and the WiFi service superfast fiber free, can interact throughout the home, without limitation. Smoking is not permitted and pets.
During the period of the stay, we will not be present, but guests will encounter at check-in, will be able to have our telephone numbers, to be available to them at any time, and will happily spend their vacation in complete privacy, but at the same time supported by a discreet and present.
The Quarter is well equipped with all the services: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pharmacies, post offices, newsagents, banks and two large parks (Villa Carpegna and Villa Pamphili) .As for the restaurant, recommend a few meters three very nice restaurants, one named and CAST IRON, cooking the meat in an excellent way, a second called RESTAURANT SORA PIA, specializes in cooking seafood, and also for an excellent pizza, and in the end if you want to taste tHE Neapolitan specialties TAMBURELLO OF PUNCH. A few meters away is the institute of dermatology IDI and MT 800 is located around the hospital SAN CARLO DI NANCY, with emergency services, in the end the Congress Center Ergife.
The Bambino Gesù Hospital, and another hospital Policlinico Gemelli, are located at about 4 km.
The apartment is located at the entrance of the Metro Red Line "A" stop "" Baldo degli Ubaldi ", present on the spot, taxi station, while behind the building there is the stop of the bus 46/49, with ability to easily reach the historic center (Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori, Trastevere etc.). If you want to walk, the Vatican is only 15 ", or alternatively No. 4 bus stops, or 2 stops, in just 4 minutes.
Well connected to the main train station "Roma Termini" and to Fiumicino airport.
How to reach us:
By Train: If the guest comes from Fiumicino airport, and must reach us without a car, can take the train (Air-Terminal), it does come to the central "Stazione Termini", take them to the METRO-A "Battistini" and exit at "Baldo degli Ubaldi" towards the square "Irnerio" (even numbers)
By car: take exit 1 of G. R.A. and continue along the Via Aurelia towards the Vatican City. Our property is located 100 meters after Irnerio.
