Property was balanced but the check inn and check out process was cumbersome. The host was kind enough to allow for an earlier check inn which we are thankful about but there wasn’t any reception desk or it is not actually a hotel type facility. It was more of a 1:1 interaction and check inn. During the check out process host was inside the apartment watching us pack, which wasn’t very comfortable. Price is very high for an above average facility.

Poor parking facilities. Parking is this only for small cars and drivers with exceptional under ground garage handling skills. Although the host did point to a near by mall parking which wasnt’ bad, and I was able to find my own free parking over night at a near by white line. Had to enquire about hot water which takes a minute or two to appear in the bath shower. Beds were average but the property is spacious and sleeps comfortably five people. Iron could leave marks on the clothes so didn’t use. Location is good and close to centre

We like the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. The host was also extreamly welcoming and helpful. There were wonderful house slippers and toliety products provided as well.
