Excellent value - Istayed in the apartment which had a woodstove!

The people were so kind and helpful when the weather turned super windy, cold and snowy. They had a fire going in the wood stove before I arrived and helped me get it started again the next day. The fish dinner was outstanding.

Could have a few more amenities in the kitchenette.

Great stay!

An absolute dream! Secluded, quiet, all you can hear is the rushing river. Perfect for starting out in the national park. Simple, but lovingly decorated. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, communication was very good. I would come back again and again!

I loved the river running next to the accomodation where you could take refreshing baths. The rooms are simple, but functional. We were only looking for a bed and that is what we got and more. The property was next to the main road, so we didn't have to make large detours and the staff was really friendly.

It's not really the owner's fault, but the outside of the property looks like a construction zone. The shower was a little too minimalist for my taste, but it was functional.

Unsafe for solo female travelers

The view and swimming in the Tara river on the first day before they assaulted me was magical. But that’s it.

I do not recommend this place for women traveling alone. During my stay, I experienced inappropriate and unsafe behavior from one of the family members. (The brother of the owner: Aleksandar) What seemed like friendly hospitality quickly turned into unwanted advances and a very unsafe situation. When I talked to the owner of the place about it, he told me to act as if nothing happend. Female travelers: please be careful and consiser staying elsewhere. I left ASAP (even when I had booked it for more nights.)

Next to River, with access, two restaurants, staff help arrange taxi up to Biogradska Lake and you can hail buses to Kolasin and Mojcovac yourself.

2 toilets and showers for many guests. Only one sink. The lawn was rocky.

A great base to explore one of the most beautiful parts of the world!

The location is excellent: very close to Biogradska Gora. We enjoyed near the river and the forest! The staff were very pleasant and were happy for me to practice my rusty Serbian on them.

There should be options of economy and lux cabins. An A/C and better bedding would have made this stay perfect. I understand that it's a remote area and some people would prefer a more "rustic" experience, but the option would be good.

Heaven on Tara 😊

Despite the train track, the location is awesome. There is a private and well set up access to the mesmerizing Tara River and it is next door to the Biogradska Gora NP. The owners are very nice. The cabin is clean.

The mattress could be a little thicker. The train passes 3 times during the night.

Very nice hosts, amazing quiet location next to the river. The bed in the bungalow was comfortable, and the food was great (you can choose between schnitzel and fish). Also the host took me from the station and dropped me the station at the end of my stay for a small fee. The WC and shower were clean. The place is 1 hour walk from the biogradska gora lake, which was an easy hike for me.

There was no drinking water in the common areas.

We loved it

The location is superb! At walking distance from the entrance of the NP, next to the sounds of the lively Tara river, in a green garden with places to sit all over. The hosting family is very friendly and willing to think along. Breakfast and diner where delicious. The two bedded bungalows are very basic (it has two beds and electricity). The toilet and shower are near, in the garden. We loved it! We hiked from the campsite to the NP, to Biogradsko jezero, to the beautiful viewpoint Bendovac, had lunch at camp Janketic and walked back again. Highly recommended being in a good condition (walk with maps.me for the more adventurous route instead of only following the mainroad).

Great location, and friendly hosts. Also, they were flexible and advised us to update our booking due to harsh weather conditions on the spot. The guy who met us spoke English and was very friendly.

It is a nice place to stay on river Tara bank. The wonderful National Park Biogradska gora is nearby, so we went to Biogradsko lake on foot. In the camp we got MOST TASTY and fresh roasted fish and potato in Montenegro ever! Jagoš is very friendly and really glad to meet our requests. If you not fluent in Serbian, we recommend to use translator for better conversation.

Nice place on the bank of the river Tara. Just 5 minutes by car from Biogradska Gora national park. Nice option to take a break from long road and spend a night.

The location is just above Tara river and you can feel the forest next to you. The rooms are clean and cute and the host excellent! It is also 10 minutes away from Biogradska Gora national park.

Place was very great compared to all of the sleeping places in the area, hosts were amazing they picked us up from the train station and drove us back there on request! 💜 Next to the Camp there's a beautiful and clean river to sit next to it and chill! Ps. Hosts do not speak English too well so it's good to use the Google Translate for communication 🌻

Breakfast was very tasty, expect there's no choice in it, that's all, and we'll it's a camp so you need to be aware of bugs after all! 🐞

Very friendly host, very good food in the restaurant - there you have WiFi. Huts and place there is made with a lot of love! Went bathing in the river Tara which is 20 meters away form the huts and there is also a fireplace. Main road behind the restaurant but was not loud or disturbing. Would definitely stay here again, it was a little adventurous.

Bathroom was not so beautiful as the rest, but ok. They are already building a new one.
