Gravierende Mängel bei Privatsphäre, Sauberkeit und Komfort.
Meine Erfahrung im Hotel Terminal One war enttäuschend. Positiv ist die Kommunikation mit dem Rezeptionsteam: Nach meiner Beschwerde reagierte Sunita Datta prompt mit einer Entschuldigung, erkannte den Vorfall als „gravierenden Fehler“ an und bot eine preisliche Entgegenkunft für einen nächsten Besuch an. Das zeigt zumindest Bemühen um Schadensbegrenzung.
Doch die Negativpunkte überwiegen: Ein Mitarbeiter betrat mein Zimmer um 22 Uhr ohne Klopfen oder Ankündigung, während ich schlief, und schaltete sogar das Licht ein. Das war ein eklatanter Eingriff in meine Privatsphäre und besonders ärgerlich, da ich beim Check-in betont hatte, nur wenige Stunden zum Schlafen habe. Dieser Mangel an Rücksichtnahme ruinierte meine knappe Ruhezeit – ein absolutes No-Go. Zudem war das Zimmer nicht besonders sauber, was den Eindruck von mangelnder Sorgfalt verstärkte. Das Bett war sehr unbequem, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich unangenehm machte. Trotz der Entschuldigung bleibt der Eindruck eines unprofessionellen Services. Ohne angemessene Entschädigung (z. B. Rückerstattung) kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen – Sauberkeit, Komfort und Privatsphäre sollten hier Priorität haben. Potenzielle Gäste sollten vorsichtig sein.
