Breathing view and wonderful weather!

Very cozy apartment close to Crno Jazero, 10 minutes walk through beautiful forest and there is no entrance fee to the lake if you walk from this house :)

Minimalistic perfection.

You will Struggle to find a better property for the value than this cabin. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains and landscape, plus a short walk down to the black lake(handy tip, if you leave around 6am you can get down before the rangers are there to avoid paying a day entry and the lake is so peaceful)

One of the shower door panels wasn’t on the railings, I’d seen previous reviews so I’m sure I’ve fixed that. Also the shower head is freehand. 2 very VERY minor things that did not in any way put a downer on our stay😂

Amazing host, wonderful apartment in great location.

Location is wonderful, a few meters from the black lake. A big shout to the owner who took the time to give us all the possible recommendations of Durmitor and even from our next destination, we really appreciated and got very good advice. Would definitely recommend and return

Great location, kind owners

- Location is perfect, 15min walk to the lake through a nice forest walk and lots of hikes accessible without needing the car - Hosts were very nice, helpful and reactive - Outside space is great, lots of place to park the car and a little terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the sun all day - Peaceful and quiet, very comfortable bedroom, we slept very well

- Apartment is only ground floor of the chalet and not the whole chalet as it might look like on the pictures, there are no windows in the kitchen so it’s dark and quite cold at night - Kitchen and bathroom could use some refreshment/maintenance to make it more comfortable for guests staying more than one night

The location is the best, very close to everything. Also the apartment had everything we needed. Also has a yard that was great for our kids while we were having our morning coffee. Also the owner was very lovey and pleasant. He kept checking if we had everything we needed.

Sibalic Apartmani

I couldn't of chosen a better place for two friends to stay near Durmitor. The host was incredible, giving us information on all the routes we could take while ice and snow were still present in the park and even driving us into the town to get shopping supplies. The host was one of the most hospitable people I've ever met and made the stay that much better. The apartment itself is a couple km outside of Zabljak giving it stunning views of the mountains. It is small and perfect for two friends or a couple with heating in the cold months. It has everything you need to use as a base to go exploring the national park and is right next to the black lake. The price was very affordable and in my opinion less that it's worth! Will happily come back to this place when I next visit Durmitor.

Location, it was close to hiking trails and Black lake, with beautiful view of mountain peaks; Functionality, it has all facilities and equipment needed for the family of 3. Cleanliness - it was very clean and smelled of wood Gazebo and flowers. We even picked forest strawberries next to the house. Hosts were very friendly and nice

Lack of natural light in the kitchen/eating area. Luckily, the weather was nice so we could eat out in the gazebo. Water restrictions (problems with water supply in the whole area), but it did not affect us much.

Paradise

Gorgeous, specious property in the centre of the park. Phenomenal hikes, and a few lakes minutes away… Paradise. We stayed there end November, walked barefoot, swam in the lake, did yoga… Health paradise. We were welcomed by a smiley owner, and some fruit, sweets inside the very clean property. Loved it.

Great apartment, clean, comfortable, friendly and hospitable owners who live on the floor above. The place is right where you want to be if you like nature: fantastic mountain views, only a few minutes from the Black Lake and several hiking trails start from the apartment. The town of Zabljak is about 20 minutes away on foot.

The house is a traditional wooden construction, which means that you can hear the owners moving around on the floor above. This did not really bother me though

Ideální lokalita

Super lokalita, k jezeru je to lesem kousek, parkování přímo na pozemku za plotem. Oproti centru Žabljaku je tady klid a ticho. Majitel se v místě vyzná a dokáže poradit, kam zajít. Pohodlná postel a polštáře. V koupelně je přímotop, který jsme měli puštěný jako topení a bez kterého by nám neuschlo vybavení do hor po dešti. Majitel aktivně komunikuje přes aplikaci i Whatsapp.

Pračka nefunguje podle ostatních hodnocení už druhým rokem. Listing apartmánu na Bookingu dělá dojem, že si rezervujete první patro chaty a budete v ní sami. Apartmán má ale vchod z boku vedle garáže a bohužel proto má jen 1 okno a je v něm dost chladno od podlahy a šero. Kuchyň je velmi špatně vybavená, některé nádobí není ani do páru. Celkově by kuchyně a koupelna potřebovaly rekonstrukci a vybavení trochu péče. Máme dost procestováno a v porovnání cena/výkon jsme byli už v daleko lepším ubytování.

Самое потрясающее место для проживания в Жабляке, особенно если вы едете ради треккинга, так как все маршруты начинаются у Чёрного Озера. Отзывчивые хозяева, помогали с решением абсолютно всех вопросов: отвезти в город, организовать досуг, помочь с билетами. Есть парковка, мангал, сушилка для одежды, вся необходимая бытовая техника. Очень удобная кровать и подушки! Хозяева оставили приветственную корзину фруктов и конфет. Черное озеро в 10 минутах через лес, там же есть ресторан, где можно поужинать. Все продуктовые магазины, аренда велосипедов в городе - можно дойти пешком за 20 минут по хорошей дороге или быстро доехать на машине.
