Charming and cozy house with great location

Charming, cozy house within walking distance from the Black Lake (7 mins walk) and the restaurants and facilities of Zabljak (20 mins walk). Well equipped kitchen. We loved having breakfast on the terrace secluded by pine trees, and just hanging around. There were multiple walks starting from the place, so no need to use the car.

The apartment owners were wonderful and kind-hearted. The location is amazing and just a short walking distance from the Black Lake.

The apartment is dark and gloomy inside, with a slightly unsettling feeling of negative energy. On top of that, you’re not allowed to throw toilet paper in the toilet, the kitchen tap has very weak water pressure, and the shower is uncomfortable and cramped – the boiler is actually inside the bathtub, so you shower right next to it. The dishes were not clean, and the place overall felt dusty and not well maintained. The house carried a strong sense of negative energy.

It was nice to have a whole detached house. Close by to walks and short drive to Zabliak. Had a friendly pet dog or cat at the porch each night.

Could hear scratching, rustling noises at night, must have been some kind of mouse or rodent.

The enchanted Dormitor cabin

Vladimir our host was generese and very informative and always reachable. The house was comfortable for our needs, very special decor with original art, had a very unick and worm ambience, well aquiped and superbly located in the Dormitor park, 5 min from the black lake. High value for money.

Only one bathroom for 4 but we knew this in advance and set our expectations accordingly.

Quirky fun place to stay

Host Vladimir was just lovely and came and met us personally and was keen to help with anything we might need. Really quirky fun place to stay and perfectly equipped. Kids loved the cabin and the artwork and the location on the edge of the woods and lake is amazing. Clean and comfortable and well equipped.

Nice chalet on the woods, perfect location

Great place on a perfect location, within walking distance from the black lake. You take a small path through the forest to get to the lake, so not the standard tourist entrance. Very quiet location. The house is big, and there is a big balcony and garden to chill and play with the kids. The house is made from wood, which gave it a nice smell and it was decorated with lovely paintings. Great place, would recommend staying here.

The bathroom was a bit small. The parking place is a bit tricky to park the car in. I think it's better if there are less trees around it, so you have more space to park. All of this is not a big problem, I would still recommend staying here.

Outstanding atmosphere combined with the superb location

The chalet is definitely a highlight among typical local houses : cosy with a touch of taste and outstanding deco elements, gives a very warm feeling - home-like. Offered all we needed and even more: our kids fell in love with the terrace spending every spare minute on a hammock! This is accompanied by the great location - a path to the black lake is only few minutes away which helps not to be bothered where to park your car in a high season

Прекрасный дом! Мы будто жили в музее посреди леса, столько душевных картин и элементов декора . Это не просто недвижимость для аренды, здесь чувствуется любовь в кадой детали интерьера. Антураж пронзительно знакомый из детства, когда гостили в деревне у бабушки. Комнаты просторные и тёплые. Даже ванна есть и огромный бойлер. Посудомойка - отдельный бонус к комфорту во время отдыха. Озеро в пяти минутах ходьбы. До жабляка- минут 20 пешком. Спасибо Наталье и Владимиру за возможность отдохнуть в настоящей сказке.
