Все супер,все сподобалось!!!

I needed to spend a few hours somewhere before heading to the airport for a night flight. I chose this little house not close to the center because the price wasn't high.I did not use the bedroom upstairs, but I saw the air conditioner there (I saw in the review it was downstairs and it was too hot in the bedroom during hot season). And downstairs I saw the fan, and it was definitely the right decision. There are many things waiting for renovation, maybe it will be upgraded some day, but I felt good there, it is like an old dacha in the village. Dogs were noisy outside on the street, but then rain started and it was already very late and finally I heard only the sound of rain from the garden. For me it was a nice experience. I will definitely not live there (the toilet is downstairs, wooden stairs are not for me at night) but for younger people it can be a nice place for a getaway.

The window was open and the humidity was very high, so everything inside smelled strong. It looked like nobody lived in the house that time, so it needed to be full of real life smells. I read in the review about some needs like a big mug. But the owner is a very nice man and the family house are close, I am sure, if you need something that simple you can just ask.

calmness and privacy

the unite is a bit cold,there is no grocery nearby. kitchen needs an upgrade.

Do apartamentu prowadzi niezależne wejście z kodem do bramy, można się dostać o każdej porze dnia i nocy, nawet w wypadku bardzo późnego przylotu do Kutaisi. Sam apartament również położony jest w osobnym domku w podwórzu. Duży atut to osobna sypialnia na piętrze. Ponadto gospodarz jest bardzo miły i pomocny.

Szkoda, że kuchnia była trochę słabo wyposażona. Brakuje większych szklanek, choćby do wypicia herbaty, są jedynie małe literatki i filiżanki. Trochę odczuwaliśmy też brak kuchenki mikrofalowej, ale ogólnie więcej jest tu plusów, niż minusów.
