'' Lou Mas GALOU '' is a property nestled in olive trees in the heart of the Aix countryside, under the Provence sun.
10 minutes from downtown Aix-en-Provence, you can discover its fountains, its Provencal markets, its museums and its famous Cours Mirabeau.
You can stroll in the pedestrian streets of old Aix, do some shopping, and walk in the footsteps of Paul Cézanne, without forgetting of course, to stop at a café terrace.
You will also have the possibility of climbing the slopes of Sainte Victoire, a mountain often painted by Cézanne.
Ideally located in the center of our dear Provence, you can discover a beautiful region, the Alpilles with Les Baux de Provence, the Camargue, The Luberon, the Gorges du Verdon, the Calanques of Cassis; all these treasures are located nearby.
And you will find at "Lou Mas Galou ****", all the comfort and calm to recharge your batteries. After a good day of strolls, you can plunge into the swimming pool, and relax in peace on the deckchairs. A fully equipped pool house will allow you to spend pleasant moments around a convivial meal.

The property was exactly as described. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Aix and nearby towns. We spent lots of time in the pool, as we stayed during the recent heatwave. It was a bit warm without air conditioning, but we embraced it - and the host provided fans for every room. Both indoor and outdoor kitchens were fully equipped, there were board games to play, and plenty of towels for the pool. Our kids loved the playset any trampoline.

We could not get over how beautiful the whole property was, from the tree-lined driveway to the traditional white washed walls and blue shutters. It is like something from a painting, we took so many pictures! The outdoor space at the villa was phenomenal. We practically lived outside! So many seating options for lounging in the sun or the shade, and the fully equipped kitchen and dining area had everything you could possibly need. The pool was also beautiful and the perfect temperature for cooling off in the heatwave. The whole house was really well equipped - you can tell it is a loving home and is set up for entertaining and spending time together. We particularly appreciated the extensive collection of tableware and glassware which made dining in even more enjoyable. The villa was perfectly situated about 10-15 minutes outside of Aix centre, we did not have a car so used Taxis which were generally reliable and cost about 15 to 20 to get into the centre. There is also a huge supermarket / shopping centre a short taxi ride away. Lastly, Magali and her maman were so lovely and helpful before and during our stay. We had an issue with our taxi on the last day and Magali's maman helped us speak to the driver as we were struggling to communicate with him over the phone. A beautiful stay in a beautiful home. I would definitely return.

Beautiful property. The pool is nice on hot summer days. Note 1 bathroom is outdoor and the stairs to bedrooms is narrow. Other than that we had a lovely stay. The host is very responsive and quick. We would definitely stay againThank you Magali
