About this house rental
Exclusive location: 200m from the sea, in the middle of the biosphere reserve on the south coast of Graciosa with a wide view of 4 islands and the majestic Pico! The lovingly organically renovated Quinta with a large garden is located in the middle of nature and yet only a 7-minute walk from the nearest supermarket and 15 minutes from the romantic fish tavern with a swimming area. In the neighboring town of Carapacho you can discover the recently modernized bath house with extremely mineral-rich thermal water and a sea pool. Hiking trails are not far from the house.

The unobstructed, grandiose view of the sea, the tranquility of nature, the vastness of the sea, the winter garden, the wonderful kitchen, relaxing in spacious rooms by the stoves, or relaxing in the comfortable beds help you have a dream vacation in every season. The Quinta Graciosa comprises the old farmhouse built with old volcanic rock and comfortably renovated and an extension in the traditional style, but with very large panoramic sliding windows. These two living areas, each with bedroom and living-dining room, are, for. B. ideal for friends who value their privacy but also for contact. Cots and high chairs are available on request.
The entire house (approx. 120 sqm) is completely available. There are also several terraces, a winter garden, a water basin (pond), lawns and enchanted retreat areas in the garden.

Really amazing place and incredible view. Everything works great. Nearby is a spa (Termas do Carapacho) with free entry and a great swimming spot (Piscinas Naturais do Carapacho). Also the crater of the volcano (Centro de Visitantes da Furna do Enxofre), where you drive through a tunnel. There are many other attractions on the Island. A microwave for the kitchen and a soaking mat for the bathtub would be a good addition

Graciosa is a quiet island perfect for relaxing. Location is very private with a good view of the sea. Road to the property is an adventure and I hope will be improved in the future. House was very clean and well built. Grounds were not well maintained (off-season?) Access to several parts of the house were locked off including the indoor winter garden - ok we did not need or would have used these areas. Host responded immediately when we had a small issue. Overall great stay would have been better with a few small improvements - please add a microwave oven.

Das Haus ist großzügig, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der wunderschöne Garten bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Wir hatten alle Informationen, die wir gebraucht haben und waren auch vor Ort bestens betreut. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber und die nette Betreuung vor Ort.

The location of the house is very impressive - it has a beautiful view. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable. It has a very nice garden, but it was too hot. In the afternoon in the garden and the house there was no shade or cool place to be. In the description of the house I did not know that there were 2 units of which 1 is available
