One of the biggest lots in Little Tuscany featuring 20 palm trees, on nearly half an acre, with close to 4,000 square feet of living space and breathtaking Mountain Views!

The crown jewel of the property is the backyard, which features a heated saltwater pool and spa framed by an expansive pool deck. Catch some rays in an oversized chaise lounge or enjoy a good book in one of the many shaded seating areas. Shower in the sunshine or under the desert stars in the newly added outdoor shower. In addition, the gazebo with an outdoor kitchen and seating for ten is perfect for al fresco dining and the modern fire feature beckons late night chats.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in the 5 bedrooms, yet you are welcome to snooze under the desert moonlight.

Every bedroom has plenty of closet space, an Apple TV, premium linens on the beds, and comfy bathrobes.

In the bathrooms you’ll find modern fixtures, beautiful custom tile work and plenty of space to store your personal items. We provide toiletries, towels, bathrobes and hair dryers so you can pack lightly.

After a day of sightseeing, swimming, hiking, and shopping you will surely work up an appetite. The Estate features a fully equipped kitchen that is a chef’s dream. Appliances include dual gas stoves, dual ovens, side-by-side fridge and freezer, two dishwashers, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine and wine fridge. The cabinets are fully stocked with basic cooking necessities, cookware, dishes, glasses, blender, electric stand mixer, vases, serving platters, pitchers, placemats, napkins, outdoor dinnerware and more.

At The Estate, there’s no shortage of places to eat. Dine in style in the formal dining room, enjoy al fresco dining in the gazebo with seating for ten or on the covered veranda just off the kitchen. For morning coffee, pull up a stool at the breakfast bar, grab a seat in the breakfast nook, chill on the veranda or take a respite in the front garden.

The spacious, open floor plan allows for a perfect transition from the kitchen into the living room, which is filled with an abundance of natural light. Unwind on the comfortable couches and turn on the flat-screen TV which is equipped with Apple TV so you can access your Netflix and Hulu account.

Work out without leaving the comforts of home in The Club at the Estate, our new private work-out studio. It is fully equipped with yoga mats, free weights, Peloton Spin and Peloton Treadmill. In addition, a variety of Peloton classes will be available through Workout Mirror daily at no additional charge. Workout Mirror offers 70+ live instructor led classes weekly and 10,000 on demand classes. The Mirror app features classes such as cardio, boxing, strength training, yoga, Barre, Pilates, HIIT and more.

Kids (and the young at heart) will love hanging out in the Monkey Room, which features a big-screen TV, Nintendo Wii, board games, piano and a lot of space to play. Looking for more fun and games? Head outside to practice your short game on the five-hole putting green or challenge your partner to a game of ping-pong or bean bags.

The entire home is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning, and there are dual washers and dryers available. We have garage parking for 3 cars and space for 7 more in the driveway. Traveling with kids? We can arrange for child care/babysitting services.
