The views are truly majestic. Practice your golf game on our brand new professionally designed putting green! Walking distance to Palm Canyon's uptown design district, this unique property is set on well over half an acre and boosts over 3600 square feet of living space. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, including the detached casita. The bedrooms flow out to the gorgeous exterior via the French doors which open onto private patios. The property has been extensively renovated and is decorated with a Palm Springs metro modern vibe! The open plan kitchen features an enormous center island made of quartz. High end stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances and a huge farmhouse sink will delight the most discerning chef.
