Welcome to Villa Amelita, City ID#3717. Set at the base of the mountains in the beautiful Little Tuscany neighborhood, Villa Amelita is your private sanctuary, minutes from downtown Palm springs. The views are truly majestic. Practice your golf game on our brand new professionally designed putting green! Walking distance to Palm Canyon's uptown design district, this unique property is set on well over half an acre and boosts over 3600 square feet of living space. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, including the detached casita. The bedrooms flow out to the gorgeous exterior via the French doors which open onto private patios. The property has been extensively renovated and is decorated with a Palm Springs metro modern vibe! The open plan kitchen features an enormous center island made of quartz. High end stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances and a huge farmhouse sink will delight the most discerning chef. The dining and living area flow seamlessly from the kitchen and are accentuated by 2 fireplaces framed with stacked brick. Vaulted ceilings and French doors add to the already spacious living areas. Each bedroom in the main house has direct patio access via French doors and its own private bathroom. You will not want to leave Villa Amelita!!

Pool/spa heating is not mandatory and charge may be removed upon request

Great stay! Host was very communicative and responded quickly. House was great for our group of 8. Kitchen was very well stocked, more than other rentals we have stayed in. Outdoor area was great. Would definitely consider this property for a future stay. You wont be disappointed!

We were a party of 8 including my adult children and spouses, plus our 9 month old grandson. This home provided all the room we needed. The bedrooms are all spacious, and the beds are so very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with absolutely everything you need; in fact this kitchen was the most well stocked of any VRBO home we've rented. The backyard is amazing with a pool, putting green, fire pit, BBQ area, and corn hole area. No lack of entertainment there. The landscaping is beautiful. The view of the mountains adds to the beauty. The neighborhood is quiet. It was so easy to get in to the property when we arrived, and easy to lock up when we left. The owner, Clare, responded immediately to any questions we had, and her local associate, Regenia, was wonderful too. We were celebrating my 70th birthday, and we had the best time ever in this beautiful home. We were sad to leave.
