This holiday home has generous decks on three sides accessed by sliding doors, ideal for indoor/outdoor living. Situated on 3 acres of native trees and shrubs, this creates an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city living.
Our holiday home stay has five bedrooms, three with queen beds, one with a king single and a single bed and one with three single beds. All have quilts and pillows, but we do require that guests bring their own sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Extra pillows and blankets are stored in the bedroom cupboards. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. One bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity unit, hand basin and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine and trough, with direct access to an undercover clothes line and outside fish cleaning sink. The large outdoor setting and gas barbecue on one of the multiple decks provides the perfect spots for relaxing and enjoying an evening meal. The mozzie zapper guarantees your comfort and serenity. The wood heater can be used to warm the shack.
The three acre property is fully fenced (ring lock), providing your dog with ample space to run and play. A fenced enclosure on the deck enables you to go out and leave you dog in a safe and restricted area with kennel and dog beds. We would prefer dogs to be kept outside particularly if wet and sandy.
Before guests leave, we do ask that you leave the shack in a neat and tidy condition.
With Nine Mile Beach being only a five minute walk and a further 25 minutes to Swansea you can spend a pleasant afternoon exploring this peaceful seaside town. Swansea also offers a golf course, exercise park and playground. Kate's Berry farm, wineries, Metus and The Lost Falls, Lake Leake (trout fishing) , Bicheno Wildlife Park, Freycinet National Park (Wineglass Bay) and Coles Bay are all within fifteen to forty five minutes drive.
