About this house rental
Situated right where the river meets the sea. Keepin’ it Reel Accommodation provides hassle free living an hour’s drive north of Hobart.
Secure fencing makes looking after kids easy while the adults can enjoy evening BBQs in the outdoor area.
Activities such as a superb 9 hole golf course, crystal waters and acres of sand a stone’s throw from the back door. Those keen to test their fishing skills have the luxury of river or sea fishing stretching out to Maria Island.
Accomodation can cater for 2 or as many as 11.
The main house accommodates for up to 7 people. The configuration is main bedroom upstairs containing queen bed, main bedroom downstairs 2 containing queen bed and a single and bedroom 3 containing queen bed. If you book up to 7 people this is what accommodates you.
The property has a self contained unit attached to the house called Fern accomodation which sleeps two people with a double bed. If you book up to 9 people your accomodation with be this fern accomodation and the main house.
The property has a waterfront self contained unit which accommodates two people with a double bed. If you book 11 people you will receive the entire property. Only one booking will be taken for the property at one time.

Lovely house in a great position. Very close to the beach and a great cafe. Very comfortable set up though the exterior rooms particularly were very cold. Communication with manager was sporadic at best and arriving in the dark added challenges but we muddled through and had a very enjoyable weekend.

We had three generations staying, and we all enjoyed our stay. The house and outbuildings catered for 10 of us well. The location was lovely, the views spectacular. It could however do with some love! As mentioned in other reviews there was no wifi, which meant we couldn’t play anything other than free toAir TV. There was a CD player/radio, but no Bluetooth speaker, so no ability to play Spotify etc. It had very limited cooking equipment, which limited what we could cook. In summary a lovely house, but needs a few small improvements.
