The location, parking and having a breakfast cafe next door. The room was very large, but the toilet and shower area were quite small, but sufficient and clean

Elly’s Café next door was brilliant and deserves to be busier, don’t miss the great coffee, excellent food and tempting sweets available at this little gem.
The Pub Bistro down the road had good food, the best staff , everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming.
It is a short drive to beautiful river with amazing views.
Lovely decor and comfortable bed.
No washing machine, dryer, iron or wardrobe which is disappointing at this price.
It is always great when travelling to at least be able to iron your clothes for the next day, which is what you would except as a basic in a self contained studio apartment.
Location is a little remote however we did not hear any road noise.
