Location is everything! This amazing loft is within easy walking distance to Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail, the Barton Creek greenbelt and Restaurant Row. On the edge of downtown the spacious covered balcony has a fantastic view of the Austin skyline. Nearby market offers groceries, sandwiches, tacos and a great beer and wine selection. The high ceilings and open loft make this space comfortable and relaxing.
Queen sized bed upstairs in the loft comfortably sleeps 2.
Living area has a vaulted ceiling with fan, love seat and coffee table. There is a 32” Smart TV (Roku) with free wifi and HDTV antenna for local stations. Kitchenette has a small stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a ladies bicycle, helmet and pump available to ride. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

This little apartment is located in the perfect location-right beside Zilker park. You can walk to Barton springs pool, around Towne lake and to the great restaurants on Barton "Springs road. Easy instructions from the host and cold beer in the frig! This is highly recommended and we will stay there again!

It's probably the best area in all of Central Austin. The vibe of the community is nice and there are many shops close by. Positives: Great Area, suburbs, close to everything, enough parking, You can easily walk to the park, Quiet area. The unit had all the things I needed even a laudromat on site. Negatives: The bathtub needs a bath mat. I slipped but did not fall twice which could have put a damper on my day. The upstairs window is not available for use.

Overall the property worked out great. Loved the view and we had everything we needed plus the cold brew and water and the excellent balcony, chairs and city view made our stay even nicer. Sownside qere the stairs and carrying luggage as we are both seniors but able to navigate the stairs with luggage. Not sure if the online listing noted the climb to the unit and the loft. The rug edge was rolled and a bit of a hazzard even with our kids as we all tripped quite a few times. The garbage disposal was not working so the sink was slow but not an issue as we did not cook. We pushed the reset button on the garbage disposal but it just hummed. Again all in all we very much enjoyed the condo. We would recommend but would note the stairs.

Wow, the space was just as expected and everything we needed was ready for us. The view of the Austin skyline was great and I only wish it was so hot as I would have been out there all the time. All the amenities were great. Communication with the owner was wonderful and quick. I loved that I could walk down to the park and enjoy the outside. The Quik Mart next door has anything you could ask for. Can't wait to come back!

We had such a good time staying in the Barton Springs condo this weekend. We thought the location was amazing (clean, great view and quiet neighborhood) and the market next door is a definite perk - they have everything! Thank you to the hosts for the 6 pack! ☺️

SO close to everything! It was quiet. The only thing id say is that it gets hot upstairs, but really cold downstairs.... so a blanket near the couch would be nice! Everything went extremely smooth, it was great for a few days.

Great location, a bit kitschy, and a very reasonable price. It wouldn’t take much to take this place from “just ok“ to “fantastic!“ such as replacing the AC filter, getting blinds that are easy to open and close, fixing the running toilet, fixing the loud clanking fridge, having a box of Kleenex available, cleaning the patio, putting a towel rack in the bathroom, and a comfy couch. Enjoyed my time in Austin but wouldn’t choose this place again.

The owner was very helpful with finding the place he also gives wonderful food and activity recommendations. I absolutely love this cute little spot. From the balcony you have a great view of the city. The condo is every clean. Barton springs is a few minutes walk, tubing, paddle boarding, hiking, biking, for us this place was in a perfect location. The little family-owned market next door had everything I needed, the owners are the sweetest.

We really enjoyed staying in the loft condo with great city views. Lee was really great about contacting us and having the place ready when we arrived. The view of Austin was great, especially at night. The loft was relaxing when we returned from exploring Austin. There was so much to do within walking distance. Zilker Park, restaurants and kayaking/paddle boarding on the the river. The loft could use a few updates, but would be hard to find a better place to stay for the value. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our location, but was a bit disappointed in the condition the place was in. First, when we arrived, there was zero toilet paper in the place, and we just drove in from Houston, so had to run next door to the market to get some quickly. Next, silverware was still dirty in the drawer. The next morning when I went to make a cup of coffee, the coffee maker was moldy and the coffee was almost out and probably old anyways. Another trip to the market for ok coffee was in order. Also, the AC was a window unit. My husband would have never agreed to stay there had we known this. Took FOREVER to cool down and still didn't sleep well in the heat on a hard mattress and flat pillows. We thought the place had charm and could be awesome with a few upgrades, like decor and AC. Not a horrible stay, but all the little things added up.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy loft and it’s amazing view of the beautiful Austin’s downtown skyline. Plus, this time of year in late November, we loved the Zilker Park’s Christmas tree lights, too. Lee our host was very helpful and quick to respond. The loft is very clean and had lots of amenities. We so enjoyed this loft and sitting on the patio. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for my weekend getaway to Austin. Fantastic location - close to Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake, the hike-and-bike trail, neighborhood market - with a beautiful view of the Austin skyline at night, and good parking. The owner is super helpful with tips about the area, and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely go back.

This apartment was perfect for my extended-weekend visit. Just the right size to feel cozy but comfortable. It's well situated for a walk or quick ride share to the parts of the city I wanted to visit, but felt quiet and removed when it was time to relax. I spent a good amount of downtime on the balcony reading or watching the winter mist. Great apartment and I totally recommend it.

The best part of this stay was having the Downtown skyline visible to us and seeing all the Christmas lights. It was a comfortable place with groceries close by and a great trail to go walking just down the street. It's a pretty area with lots of trees. The only drawback for me was that we were on the 3rd floor which meant 3 flights of stairs. Good exercise yes, but I do have a problem knee. I hadn't noticed this when I choose this property but I have to say I don't regret it either. I managed OK.
