Inside, the home has been lovingly restored and additions made. Styled with coastal-chic decor and designed with your comfort in mind. You'll find cozy seating, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, a wonderful screened in porch, outdoor seating, a stocked kitchen, gas grill, fire pit, great AC, 50" SmartTV in living rm and Smart TVs in each bedroom, stacking washer/dryer, and 4 car parking in the driveway. Enjoy a family-friendly 4 BDR cottage featuring a spacious screened-in porch, decks, and fenced in yard. BDR 1: queen bed w/full bath. BDR 2: queen bed w/full bath. BDR 3: queen bed. BDR 4 : Bunkie Room w/2 bunk beds (4 twin total). Third full bath has bathtub and shower (in all, total of 3 newly renovated bathrooms and one new outdoor shower). The kitchen shines with stainless steel appliances & dining room table seats six. Comfortable living room with large screen tv. Privacy plantings, large trees, fenced in yard, two spacious decks, gas grill, fire pit, outside shower, driveway parks 4 cars.

Other things to note:
1. **We require a minimum 3-7 night stay. Check calendar for details.
2. Occupancy Capacity is 10 (do not exceed).
3. Self check-in at 4:00 PM (key is in lock box). On day of arrival, text host for code. Check-out by 10:00 AM must be strictly adhered to due to cleaning requirements.
PLEASE REMEMBER to RETURN KEY to lock-box at check-out to avoid a charge.
4. WE provide pillows, mattress protectors, and comforters. YOU provide your linens and towels. BDR 1, BDR 2, BDR 3 each need queen sheets, BDR 4 has 2 bunkbeds (4 twin beds) . Also bring "paper products" (tp, paper towels), toiletries, "beach gear" (chairs, towels, coolers, etc.).
5. To order linens and have them delivered contact Grand Rental Station or Sheets at the Beach.
6. Fifers Market is open every day EXCEPT Sunday. It is 1 min walk, directly across the street. Fresh fruit, veggies, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, snacks, drinks, coffee, baked goods, toiletries, etc.
7. You can rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach for a reasonable daily/weekly fee. They set up & take down & sell snacks, drinks.
8. We are required to collect a 3% Accommodation Tax for the Town of Dewey Beach on the COST of the lodgings. VRBO will collect.
9. Cleaning fee for enhanced cleaning/disinfecting is $250. ANY extra cleaning will require extra charges from security deposit (e.g., stains, sand, smoke, damage, etc.) Prior to check-out, please complete check-out list, which must be followed.
10. We may require tenants to sign and return a lease prior to check-in which specifies the terms of the rental agreement.
11. A Ring doorbell may be mounted outside the front door but will not collect video. It is used during times of renovations, repairs, cleaning, and in the off-season. There are no other cameras on the property, inside or out. Your privacy is important to us.
