In the resort 10 km from the centre of Calpe, on the outskirts, 7.5 km from the centre of Benissa, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 2 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue house. In the house: washing machine.
