About this house rental
This 2-storey villa with 2 apartments is located in a very quiet urbanization, approx. 1.5 km from the PLAYA ABOGAT bay. The house is south facing and is located on a 2,000 sqm plot with an ingrown and well-kept garden. Shops, bars and restaurants as well as tennis courts can be found within 1 km. To Calpe or Moraira about 5 km.
On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower room, a large living-dining room with fireplace and a kitchen open to the living room.
An outside staircase leads to the lower area. There is an apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub, large living-dining room and an open kitchen. In front of the living room is a covered terrace (naya). Around the 10m x 4m pool with stairs, the open terrace is surrounded by a well-kept garden. An outdoor shower and a covered barbecue area are also available. In front of the house, within the closed property, there is a carport.

My family and I (four adults and two kids) stayed at this lovely house for two weeks in July/August. We loved every moment we stayed there. It’s an older house, but it’s nice and clean. Would have been nice with a/c, since it was very hot, but we managed with fans.
The outside area is just beautiful and a perfect place for kids. We all loved and enjoyed the big pool and the kids had so much fun.
A car is a must. The house is situated on a hillside and it’s to far to walk to the beach and supermarket.
Before our vacation and during our stay Benjamin was really helpful and answared all our questions quickly. If we had any problems, he would apply and fix it right away. We would definetly stay there again.
