About this villa rental
Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:
- Guarantee 200 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)
The Space:
Wonderful holiday home with private pool in very quiet area between Moraira and Calpe. There is a spacious sun-terrace with pool and roofed terrace with a new barbecue place. At the plot are different parking-lots.
Internet per wifi available.
Its to rent the apartment down-stairs at pool-level. It has living-dining-room, american style kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bed-rooms each with big fan (with setting bed for a child), 1 bath. Its comfortable furnished.
The apartment at the first floor is closed and nobody live there.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
Getting Around:
The stoney-beach (Cala Llobella), restaurants, tennis (800 m) are in walking distance.
Other little sandy-beaches (= La Fustera) are within a view minutes with the car.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

La casa en general está muy bien, la parte de fuera es una maravilla, aunque deberían de avisar al huésped de que va a pasar un encargado de la piscina y a ser posible el día y que aparece muy temprano (8:00)
Por todo lo demás Natalia es genial, no tuvimos ningún problema con ella.
La zona es espectacular y la tranquilidad.
Fuimos con perros, todo está vallado y tiene una zona de parking, explanada, para que puedan corren perfectamente.
Es decir, es una casa que la recomiendo.

Très bonne communication, magnifique piscine.
L'intérieur pourrait être modernisé, notamment la douche un peu petite. Si vous avez l'intention de regarder la TV, il n'y a quasi que des chaines allemandes, si vous voulez vous servir du WIFI, il ne fonctionne pas bien. Nous, l'important était l'extérieur et la piscine, donc, on a passé un magnifique moment!
