About this house rental
Light-filled and spacious, this relaxing 4 bedroom beach house is perfectly located & fully-equipped. There is something for everyone - children will be constantly entertained and adults can completely relax.
Only 10 minutes walk from a spectacular Rye back beach with the famous Peninsula walk. A few minutes drive to Peninsula Hot Springs and a couple minutes more to a selection of golf courses.
If you run out of bread or would like someone else to make a meal for you there is a
Milk Bar, a Gourmet Cafe, a Bakery and a Fish'n'Chips shop at the local strip - only two minute's walk away around the corner!
But the house itself is in a secluded & quiet cul-de-sac set on 1800m2 of lush garden.
A spring-free trampoline, table tennis table & a selection of books/DVDs/toys (eg. Lego) will keep the children occupied while the adults play a game on the billiards table.
The spacious kitchen has all the modern European appliances and also all the little knick-knacks you need to cook up a storm.
There are windows galore, all looking out onto the lush, magical garden.

We were very happy with the accommodation, better than expected. Great having 2 large living areas, and close to beach and shops. We really enjoyed our time with our children and grandchildren

Property was great for two families, quiet location close to beautiful back beach. There were some issues with cleanliness but the owner responded quickly to this. We had a great long weekend.

If your looking for a big house that can accommodate 10 people with a quiet location and perfect driving distance to Rye and St.Andrews look no further! My family and I loved the house and the owner’s communicated with me when needed. ( the cleaners could give it a better clean and we did find a few Spiders around) besides that we loved it.. will stay again!
