Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a contemporary kitchen showcasing modern finishes, ample cooking equipment, and high-quality appliances. The adjoining dining area is a cozy spot for gathering and enjoying meals with loved ones. Comfortable lounges with seasonal climate control provide a relaxing environment for unwinding after a day of exploring the peninsula. The living spaces seamlessly transition to an outdoor deck and living area, allowing guests to enjoy BBQs and meals while overlooking the garden.
The home features four well-appointed bedrooms, offering ample space for family and friends. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, split-system air conditioning, and a TV. There is also a queen bedroom with air conditioning, and two rooms with tri-bunks—one of which includes a TV and air conditioning.
The fully enclosed backyard serves as a private retreat where guests can relax and enjoy the outdoors while children play safely. The Mornington Peninsula is renowned for its world-class wineries and nine of Australia’s top 50 golf courses. The peninsula hot springs are just a few minutes away, along with family-friendly beaches, spectacular surf spots, and a wealth of national parklands.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.

We checked in for a few days and didn’t want to leave.. the home and backyard was amazing and left us wanting more time there. Will definitely come back .
