Ideally located towards the back beach of Rye it is super convenient for holiday stays and has something for everyone.
Offering 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans master with ensuite, open plan living ideal for entertaining family and friends spilling out to a large wrap-around deck.
The property features polished floorboards throughout, split system cooling in the family room, ducted heating, and a log fire for that extra comfort. There is also a rear private deck, off-street parking for 2-3 cars, and secure fencing for pets.
Bedroom 1 - King Bed ( sleeps 2) with ensuite, WIR
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed (sleeps 2 )
Bedroom 3 - 2 x King single bunk beds (sleeps 2) + 2 trundles (BYO linen if using Trundle beds)
Bedroom/Loungeroom - Queen sofa bed (BYO linen if using the sofa bed) and/or the room will be 2nd living area, TV and ceiling fan
Sleeps 10 - 12 guests
Guests have access to the full house and garden
Strictly no schoolies bookings or parties allowed.

All fresh linen and towels included – Toilet paper and provisions for the first night only. BYO beach & pool towels.
