This condo is 2 floors, has plenty of room and space to lounge.

The bedrooms have TVs as well as the living room. The condo has wifi.

Garage is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boggie boards. This unit has 2 single car garages.

Patio has a BBQ and a nice area to lounge in.

The unit has ocean-views from the living-room, patio, and bedroom. Walk from your door to Carlsbad's famous Tamarack Beach Park in 45 steps, and less than 3 minutes! You can also walk to the village, only about 1/2 a mile away, where all the shops and restaurants are.

We just love this house! Steps from the beach, a nice walk to the village and an amazing patio for evenings together by a fire. Just so relaxing and very clean! Love it! Have stayed for the past several years and will stay again soon!

We were in town while our girls played in a soccer tourney and this was the best place to stay! Beautiful view of the water, super quick walk to the beach (under 1 min), and a 10-15 min walk into town makes it a great location. We had friends over one night to enjoy the patio and fire which was enjoyed by all. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

My family loved this place. The condo has everything you need and all the rooms were perfectly equipped. But the highlight is the patio. We spent the entire time out there. The sand was the favorite of our kids. The expansive patio doors made it even better. The condo has all you need for the beach too. It’s a very short walk to Tamarack but you do have to go down some stairs. Or you could walk another 5 minutes to the ramp area to the south. Also, downtown Carlsbad is only a 15 min or so. In summary, don’t hesitate to book this place if you seek a restful vacation with family or friends right near the beach.

The rental unit was perfect for our family of three couples and an infant. Everything was very clean and updated. The patio was a great gathering spot in the evenings. Carlsbad beach is great and Carlsbad village is just a short walk away. Air conditioning, garage parking and beach equipment were great advantages.

Crosswalk to the beach is one house away-easy walk to town. Main thing is the property was spotless! I think it is important to note that the downstairs bedroom has a cupboard for clothes, but no shelves or way to hang anything up & also the second bathroom doesn't have any electrical outlets. Upstairs bedrooms are spacious & one has a walk-in closet. Nice to have the beach chairs/umbrella/sand toys & boogie boards provided. Overall a great stay.

Everything was as advertised! Perfect location! Tamarack State beach is literally across the street! Beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom and out side patio! The condo was very clean, very comfortable, very updated! This condo accommodated everyone from my 1 year old playing in the sand box on the patio to Grandpa watching golf in the living room! Laundry was great for a long trip! Sleeps comfortably 6-8! Thanks for a great trip for my family and I!!!! We’ll be back!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. The home was clean and inviting, well decorated and stocked with just about everything you could need. The living area that opens out onto the patio was amazing. We spent much of every day and night out there! Having garage parking was a big plus! The laundry room came in handy as well. Super easy access to the beach and an easy bike ride into town. The owner was excellent about communicating, answering questions, etc. We can't wait to book this place again in the future!

We had a great time in Carlsbad, Denise was great and easy to communicate with, the rental was way above our expectation with many recent improvements it seemed like. Everything inside was clean and neat, they definitely hit a lot of attention to detail aspects. They have beach toys that are also available to guests along with bikes which was a great surprise. The garage is a huge bonus as well as the fire pit and sand pit in the patio area. We will definitely use this rental again in the future, thanks Denise.

This property was extremely clean and looks just like the photos online. We loved the outside space and view of the ocean. We would like to have had some instructions on how to use the living room TV, but otherwise the space was great for us to spread out and enjoy family time. The location was perfect to enjoy the beach or nearby San Diego. We would definitely stay again.

The location is fantastic, the property is perfect for families with children, and the communication with the ownership is stellar. The interior finishes are beautiful and the bedroom and bathroom layout, provides fantastic value.
