Built amidst a quiet hillside in the exclusive Sky Mountain Ranch on 1.2 acres, offering added tranquility and privacy. Minutes from epic trails, galleries, and fine dining, yet with the ambiance of being a million miles away.
Our elevated location is the perfect backdrop to discover the otherworldliness of Sedona's most iconic red rocks, including two of its vortexes: Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock. And after the mountains beckon you for a long day of hiking, relax in our spa under the cover of shooting stars. We have two master suites, each offering dramatic views of the changing landscape. Some mornings you may find it hard to peel yourself out of bed. Of course, outdoor space abounds. In addition to our large wraparound deck, the front patio boasts a serene water feature only steps from the third bedroom. Thoughtful details prevail throughout. All of the comforts are here to make your stay unforgettable.

This home is absolutely spectacular! It has amazing views from just about every room.The home is also in a fabulous location. It is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to trailheads, such as the Cathedral Rock trailhead from the house. The hosts also provided parking passes for access to trailheads all over Sedona.The kitchen was well-appointed and all the furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at sunrise and sunset, and the hosts had blankets for us to use.Susan is a very responsive host — although the house was perfect and we needed nothing during our stay. Prior to our stay, Susan sent us a guide which was full of great information from a local perspective. My family really enjoyed Sedona. We went on amazing hikes and had fabulous food. But my family’s favorite part of the trip was the house! Thank you, Susan, for sharing your home with us!

We were only in Arizona for business for a few days and wanted a location that would allow us to maximize our opportunities. This home was perfect! We had amazing views from all the windows and the deck. The location is near the best hiking spots, and we were close enough to wake up early to go watch the sunrise at the Grand Canyon.

I don’t even know where to begin! From the time I booked our stay, Susan was incredible!! So I don’t know why I would have expected our stay to be anything less! She was so attentive! When we arrived at the house, I really didn’t expect what we were going to walk into…but it was a slice of heaven!!! The views were nothing short of phenomenal!! The house had every amenity you could imagine and/or want in a vacation rental! She helped us get into Seven Canyons Golf Club which was…WOW!!!!! She also recommended dinner for my husband’s 60th at Mariposa which was also incredible. I don’t have one thing I think could have been different or better! It was perfection!!! Thank you for making our trip one of the most memorable family vacations we have ever had!
