Enjoy your own outdoor retreat without leaving home. The landscaped backyard features a private saltwater swimming pool, spa, firepit with built-in seating, and BBQ grill, with beautiful views of Cathedral Rock.
Spend the day swimming, lounging poolside, or soaking in the spa after exploring Sedona. In the evening, fire up the grill, gather around the firepit, and enjoy the changing colors of the surrounding red rocks.

With approximately 3,900 square feet on one level, the home offers generous space for groups to gather and spread out comfortably.
The open-concept living room features comfortable seating, a 65-inch 4K Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Large windows showcase the surrounding scenery, creating a welcoming place to unwind after a day of hiking, shopping, or sightseeing.
The dining area connects to the living room and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to spend time together. The dining table seats up to 10 guests.
A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Prepare breakfast before a day on the trails, enjoy a relaxed lunch at home, or cook dinner for the whole group. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a memorable view of Cathedral Rock from the sink.

This is truly a resort quality property!! we booked for a corporate retreat, and had the time of our lives! Plenty of room for strategizing sessions, and small, working groups, but the perfect base to come together as a team for meals and recreation. Home was well equipped with all of the amenities, and accommodation you could ever need. The pool and hot tub were well and relaxing, and the privacy and scenery was breathtaking. Not exactly “luxury”, we come to Sedona every year and have had much better places at this price point. Read reviews!! We spent hours cleaning the filthy pool before it felt comfortable for the kids and a number of furniture pieces, indoors and out, were hilariously bad; broken, torn, etc. This was the number one complaint in the guestbook. Kitchen was very disappointing. Many of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and the dishwasher didn’t work well at all. We rewashed everything before we used it. There were not enough glasses for everyone to have one of the same size and there were hardly enough kitchen accessories to cook a decent meal; not even a large pot to boil pasta! Shower fixtures in the master spray more water on the ceiling than the basin and the toilet screams like a banshee when the tank refills. In the end we chalked it up and laughed about because it was an experience, just a 1000/night experience!
