Listing Access
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay. You’ll have complete private use of the heated pool, both spas, outdoor lounge areas, fire pit, covered dining space, BBQ, gourmet kitchen, dining room, living areas, all bedrooms, and all bathrooms. There are no shared spaces, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy the home in complete privacy.
Due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to provide pool floats, but you are welcome to bring your own, or have amazon deliver. We do supply an electric air pump.
Convenient keyless entry allows for seamless self check-in, and complimentary on-site parking is available for up to four vehicles.
Listing Notes
Pool Heating is available for a fee between $85-$130/night with a 2 night minimum. Pricing varies based on outside temperatures. The above ground spa is heated at no charge. The spa in the pool can be optionally heated only if pool heating is paid for. Pool heating is normally needed September through Mid-June to make the pool comfortable. When temperatures go under 37 degrees, the pool will go into a freeze protect mode to keep pipes from freezing and we cannot guarantee pool temperatures when outside temperatures drop below 37 degrees.
Due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to provide pool floats, but you are welcome to bring your own, or have amazon deliver. We do supply an electric air pump. Children must wear swim diaper at all times if not potty trained.
There is a mandatory rental agreement that will be sent to you to complete upon booking.
Outdoor quiet hours are from 9PM - 8AM. We ask during this time there is no outdoor music and to please keep outdoor conversations at a low level. Any music or noise during non-quiet hours must be at a reasonable level to not disturb neighbors. Occupancy cannot exceed 12 people at any time.
Late checkouts are not available without a fee due to the time required to properly clean and prepare the home for incoming guests. Because same-day bookings are allowed, we may not know until 11:00 AM
on your departure day whether a new guest will be arriving. When the night of your checkout day is not booked, we may be able to offer a late checkout; however, this typically requires a fee of up to 50% of the standard nightly rate since we have to block that day from the calendar for incoming guests and it prevents us from accepting a same-day reservation. Late checkouts are generally only available Sunday through Wednesday and only when there is no confirmed guest scheduled to check in. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain a consistently high standard for all guests.
Security cameras are at the front door, driveway, both side gates of the house, and pool pumps. All cameras record audio/video 24/7. There is also a streaming camera on the roof pointed at the mountain behind the residence for advertising. No cameras view the pool/spa/backyard area.
There is no fence around the pool. The pool has an automatic cover for child safety. The spa also has a cover for safety. All backyard pool area doors also have alarms that can be set to go off if a door is opened.

-No fireworks, candles, ATV`s, or SidebySides. RV`s or trailers are not allowed to park or to be used from the residence. No street parking is allowed. Up to 4 vehicles can park on site in the garage/driveway.
-Do not walk, crawl or sit on the pool or spa covers.
-Guests shall always maintain order at the Premises and shall not make or permit any loud or improper outdoor noises such as screaming, shouting, or otherwise disturb neighbors.
-No amplified outdoor music. Keep all speakers turned down to a level of sound that cannot be heard by neighbors. No outdoor music allowed during quiet hours of 9PM-8AM.
-Smoking or vaping inside or in the back yard of the residence is not allowed
-No climbing on walls or roof.
-Deposit all trash, garbage, or refuse in the garbage bins, do not leave garbage bags outside on the ground, the javelinas will make a mess;)

We enjoyed a spectacular stay! This thoughtfully designed home was created with exquisite attention to detail, and included extra-special surprises like extra-thick yoga mats, dimmable lights, and essential-oil infused makeup remover towelettes. The hosts were prompt and responsive to our messages. Only item of note - the hiking trail is NOT directly off the back gate. Be sure to download the AllTrails app, pack lots of water, sunscreen, snacks, a walking stick, insect repellent and a hat. This is an advanced trail for experienced hikers. We are novices and until we downloaded the app, we stumbled around the mountainside for almost an hour attempting to find the trail. Once on the trail, the views are incredible!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others seeking a luxurious getaway.
