View was stunning, nice to be near the Chapel. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances/utensils we needed. The bedroom in casita did not have 2 queen beds, but had two full size beds.

Lovely, beautiful setting and so close to the great chapel hike. The outdoor seating area with fire pit was so nice. The garage game room was fun with shuffle board and ping pong. Gave four stars only because hot tub was cold when we arrived (disappointed!) And we were not informed ahead of time that it was broken and in need of repair. Also the bedroom configuration was a little awkward with the room with two queen beds was in an added on area where you walk through garage to get there—very nice bathroom for that bedroom but felt a little cut off from the rest of the house. That specific bedroom would be good for adults but maybe not for younger kids. The management company came through and moved us to another property that was really an upgrade as far as bedrooms, layout, decor.

This is a beautifully decorated home in an amazing and quiet location with beautiful views of the mountains. The house was clean and we really enjoyed the steam shower, hot tub, and ping pong table. It was close to everything nearby. Highly recommend!

House was great (furnishings, beds, kitchen, hot tub), but was really upset that the fireplaces could not be used (there are signs on all the fireplaces stating “do not use”). Called the property management company when we arrived and was told it was due to insurance issues, which is understandable, but definitely felt like a bait and switch given part of the reason we decided on this property was the optionality of a warm fire given the cold temps while we were in Sedona. The house photos prominently feature pictures of the fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom, and the property amenities include “fireplace” in the listing. Other than that, house was great.
