Step into this spacious 2,900 sq. ft. 4 Bedroom Mid-Century home in the heart of Sedona, where modern comfort meets breathtaking red rock views! Wake up to the stunning sight of Thunder Mountain, explore nearby hiking trails just steps from your backyard, or take a short stroll to Whole Foods, Posse Grounds Park, and local restaurants. Whether you’re here to adventure, unwind, or work remotely, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay!
With four spacious bedrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, a private en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a walk-in closet, and a futon couch—perfect for lounging or extra sleeping space. Two additional bedrooms offer king beds, while the fourth bedroom has two cozy queen beds, ideal for friends or family!
The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for eight, and a 65” Smart TV for movie nights (streaming services available, no cable). A separate office space ensures you can work in peace while staying connected with free high-speed WiFi.
Indoor fireplaces are unfortunately not operational.
Step outside into your private, fully-fenced backyard, where you can soak up the Sedona sunshine or unwind in the hot tub under a star-filled sky! Gather around the gas firepit with a glass of wine, fire up the BBQ grill, or enjoy outdoor dining with stunning views of Thunder Mountain!
For outdoor enthusiasts, a private trail behind the home leads directly to Posse Grounds Park, making it easy to explore the surrounding beauty!
This home is located in the Mission Hills neighborhood of West Sedona, a quiet residential area in the heart of Sedona. This area has everything you will need during your stay including grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, hiking, art galleries, and more!
Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked garage and our cleaners storage closet.
We are not located on site but are available as needed.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.
Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
For detailed information about cancellations, please refer to the cancellation policy. Please note that a non-refundable 3% payment processing fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of the timing.

We were a group of ladies who came for some r&r, hiking, yoga, and enjoying the breathtaking views of Sedona and this home was perfect for just that! This is one of the most well stocked rentals I've stayed in with VRBO. The basics that other properties skip on - this one did not! There was ample toilet paper, paper towels, spices, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, etc. Kitchen has a great variety of pots/pans, mixing bowls & containers, as well as a good amount of kitchen utensils. It was very easy to cook and navigate in the kitchen all while enjoying beautiful views!Out the back gate sends you on an easy adventure w/a trail to a local park w/GREAT views. We enjoyed the outdoor area in the morning for coffee & all the birds/wildlife, then in the evening under the stars in the hot tub. Beds were comfy & plenty of community space for a group to spread out & enjoy. Minor maintenance issue with one of the pocket doors getting off track, but someone came the next morning to fix it. Clara was responsive to our messages & ensured we had a great stay! 2nd full bath is small for a house this size/groups this size, but we made it work. Master bath/closet is quite large! One more shower would make it 12/10 :) There's 1 towel for showering & 1 for hot tub/pp, but may mean laundry if you're there more than a few days. Nice washer & dryer in the laundry room, which also served as an area where you could do food preps/etc right off the kitchen. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. They came out to fix one of the pocket doors that had came off the track right away. The only thing was we experienced cold showers even after we noticed the breaker was tripped. Minor flaw were the tissue paper holders in the bathroom rooms were pulling out of the walls. Other than that we had a great family of 7 vacation stay at this house.

This property was incredibly well-kept and fun for all ages. Having a puzzle and a few games was a great touch. The pantry was well stocked. The two family rooms were perfect for our group and we enjoyed the backyard amenities including the firepit and hot tub.
