This single-level house offers 2,400 square feet, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms to easily accommodate up to eight guests, creating an ideal setting for families and groups seeking both space and style.
Stepping through the front door puts you directly in the home's great room holding the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. This area boasts numerous surrounding windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase beautiful red rock views, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere that guests consistently love.
Living Room: Featuring welcoming furnishings including a sectional couch and a Smart TV with cable. Enjoy the separate seating area that offers even more space to gather, including a full size sleeper sofa and a fireplace set against a gorgeous backdrop of surrounding views, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.
Kitchen: The kitchen comes well equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas stovetop with a pot filler, and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. There's seating for three at the kitchen island, creating a functional and social cooking environment guests appreciate.
Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for eight guests, perfect for shared meals and memorable group gatherings.
Office: Offers a desk, armchair and scenic views, providing a peaceful and productive dedicated workspace for guests needing to stay connected.

Master Suite — King size bed, Smart TV, cozy seating area, and private access to the backyard. The ensuite bathroom features a dual sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.

The home offers a private saltwater pool and an above-ground hot tub, creating a true resort-style experience. There's also a cozy fire pit area with two Adirondack chairs, perfect for evenings under the stars. Located on the patio adjacent from the master bedroom you will find comfortable sectional seating and a bench, along with a ping pong table, corn hole, and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. Guests consistently highlight this outdoor space as a standout feature for both entertaining and unwinding.
Pool: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $100 per day. The pool can be heated year around. The pool depth is 3-6 feet. The pool also has an electric child proof cover. POOL TEMPERATURES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!

This entire home is even more gorgeous and impressive in person. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a more magical place to spend our honeymoon. We have shared the home with friends and family and would love to come stay again!
