This single-level house offers 2,400 square feet, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms to easily accommodate up to eight guests, creating an ideal setting for families and groups seeking both space and style.
Stepping through the front door puts you directly in the home's great room holding the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. This area boasts numerous surrounding windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase beautiful red rock views, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere that guests consistently love.
Living Room: Featuring welcoming furnishings including a sectional couch and a Smart TV with cable. Enjoy the separate seating area that offers even more space to gather, including a full size sleeper sofa and a fireplace set against a gorgeous backdrop of surrounding views, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.
Kitchen: The kitchen comes well equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas stovetop with a pot filler, and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. There's seating for three at the kitchen island, creating a functional and social cooking environment guests appreciate.
Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for eight guests, perfect for shared meals and memorable group gatherings.
Office: Offers a desk, armchair and scenic views, providing a peaceful and productive dedicated workspace for guests needing to stay connected.

We loved the property! It worked very well for a family of five. The kids LOVED the pool. The property had one of the most well-appointed kitchens we have ever experienced in over 10 years of renting through VRBO. Property management team was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

WOW!! What an amazing home and unreal views! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Very clean, organized, and comfortable. Pool was a huge hit with everyone and the house is in a great location. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

This Sedona property was everything we dreamed of – beautiful views, gorgeous kitchen and backyard grilling area, comfortable, clean beds, and bathrooms. We were a group of five women, and we slept very comfortably across the three rooms. Convenient location for popular hikes and downtown Sedona. We loved it! The only thing I'd change is having the pool heated ahead of time. Given the daytime temperatures, we didn't expect the water to cool down so much in the evenings!
