Incredible stay in Lake Como, we had a challenging walk everyday to get into the town or go shopping. Walking back with

The location is a steep walk from shops etc. yes you are up the hill for the incredible views from the balcony but walking home in the sun was challenging

Poor directions, poor communication just poor.
There were amazing views from the property.
It was extremely difficult to find the property with poor instructions. We had booked for 5 people and were only provided towels and pillows for 4 when we contacted the contact number they brushed us off to another number. The internet was extremely poor which didn’t help given the instructions on how to use everything was supposed to be viewed online. There was also no hot water on our second day.

Do not stay here. Overprized.
Spacious apartment with good view.
The apartment was extremly dirty when we arrived. It also had a strong bad smell. It looked like it had not been used or cleaned for a long time. The balcony was very dirty too. All the furniture is old, worn and broken. The host did not care about our feedback at all. The pictures do not tell the truth. Also there were no pool furniture available during our stay.

One of the bathroom door was not working and there were mosquitoes in the apartment, no air conditioning but extra fans were provided on request which was good. rooms and bathroom on top floor are attic that adds to a bit of discomfort during stay

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war schlecht.
Der Ausblick war sehr schön.
Es war sehr unsauber und lieblos eingerichtet. Außerdem waren Gegenstände die auf den Fotos zu sehen waren nicht vorhanden (liegen am Pool, Fön). Sehr unaufgeräumte Regale/Schubladen. Die Fronten an den Türen waren dreckig, die sitzkissen und die Box auf dem Balkon waren kaputt, der Herd war unsauber und wir mussten alle Teller,Besteck und Gläser nochmal spülen. Es wurde sich nicht richtig um die Wohnung gekümmert. Dreckige Wände, und auf den Toiletten, Klos, und Fenstern waren noch die Aufkleber drauf. Das hebe/schiebe Fenster zum Balkon war kaputt (Griff ab). Außerdem im Bad oben war der Ablüfter kaputt und uns wurde gesagt das ein Hausmeister kommen sollte, aber es kam niemand. Alles in allem würde ich es nicht empfehlen diese Unterkunft auszuwählen.

Udsigten, poolen, rummelig lejlighed
Fan duede ikke i det ene værelse, manglede meget udstyr i køkkenet. Der er f.eks. ikke noget skærebræt. Man må ikke have noget som helst drikke eller med ved poolen. Ikke engang en flaske vand. Der står at man må bade til kl. 22:00 på skiltet, men man bliver smidt op af en herrer der lader til måske at være ejer meget før.

Domek mial byc na 6 osob - jedno lozko kompletnie nie nadawalo sie do rozlozenia. Brak podstawowych rzeczy w kuchni typu gabka do naczyn, plyn do mycia naczyn czy worki na smieci. Brak suszarki - owszem byla jedna na caly domek ale wtyczka nie pasowala do kontaktu. Ogromny minus - brak klimatyzacji. Sprzeczne informacje na bookingu - dopiero po kontakcie z gospodarzem i otrzymaniu linku do strony otrzymalismy informacje jak sie zameldowac. Chory regulamin - nie mozna pic i jesc na basenie, nie mozna sluchac muzyki. Domek dobry dla emerytow ktorzy chca posiedziec i nic nie robic - dla mlodych odradzam.
