Convenient location.
Use of fan to keep cool appreciated.
Communication to get into the room was not great. Luckily the manager downstairs was able to contact the owner and get us the code required to enter. No communication received even after leaving messages on both phone numbers on the booking.com page.
Curtain rail not secure, fell off whilst opening them.
Fan in bathroom didn’t work, nor did main shower head above (if it does you need to leave instructi9ns)

Clean room with easy check in. Bathroom and decor is cool. Also has a fan for the hot weather. Over all was nice for the money and would recommend if you are looking for a shoreditch location. Very close to all the bars and want to go places for drinks.
Location - it is right outside Brick lane so it was very noisy with people shouting late at night. Fine for the weekend but not good if you have work the next day. Not a massive complaint as picking the location you should know this!

Great location and nice comfortable room. Fan provided too.
Check in process was difficult and had me waiting outside for 30 mins. No one available on the phone to assist.

The location was fantastic! It was super central and in my favourite pocket of London.
The team was unresponsive when issues arose such as the wifi not working, my window not locking (which was never responded to), my check in time having to change and I was left stranded after a 35 hour trip to London until 3pm when I received check-in information, the tv not working. There was also mountains of what I believe to be laundry at the front door during my whole stay.
