About this apartment rental
East-west facing 40 m2 T2 apartment with elevator. Halles / Plumereau district. Ideal for family and friends. Comprising an 18 m2 bedroom, a large 25 m2 living room with double sofa-bed and an open kitchen opening onto the rear courtyard.
Apartment equipped with double glazing. On the 3rd floor of a small, quiet condominium of 8 apartments, mostly occupied by the owners themselves.
No parking spaces, but underground parking nearby or free streets in the neighborhood.
Bicycles can be left in the courtyard (accessible to residents only).
