About this apartment rental
Nice and bright apartment for up to 4 people (basement apartment)
The apartment is in the basement.
In the hot summer months, this has the advantage that it does not get too warm in the apartment and the existing air conditioning is therefore often not necessary.
It is comfortably furnished and there is everything you need for everyday use.
It has its own entrance and its own quiet zone of around
100 sqm with large pavilion and grill.
The property is fenced and not visible from the outside.
However, a breathtaking view of the mountains over Malaga awaits you.
You can also enjoy the wonderful sunset and the peace and relaxation perhaps with a glass of wine.
The pool area is private, lowered and cannot be seen from the street.
It is sheltered from the wind and has an area of approximately 170 square meters.
Only my guests share the pool area.
That is 4 people from this apartment and 2 other people from my small apartment.
The large pool has 10m x 4m and a depth of 1.50m to 2.40m.
In the lowered, wind-protected pool area of about 170 square meters there is:
A seating area with lots of shade.
A smaller pool in the shade, 2m x 3m, 0.80cm deep.
An outside shower.
A sauna for 2 to 3 people
Bedding:
A bedroom with double bed, 1.80mx 2.00m, with latex mattresses.
A smaller room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people,
extended 1.60mx 2.00m.
additionally a baby bed 0.60mx 1.20m possible
Air-conditioned living room
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all accessories.

Coffee maker etc.
A cozy seating area for up to 6 people
High chair possible
The bathroom has a large shower and can be heated separately.
German and Spanish satellite TV.
Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
The apartment can be cooled or heated with air conditioning.
Gas for cooking, electricity as well as cold and warm water are included in the rent.
Vehicles can be parked inside the fence.
My guests can heat up the sauna according to their needs and by means of a wood-fired sauna heater.
For the wood I charge 5.00 euros per sauna session.

Brigitte was very kind and helpful. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The place is amazing with a beautiful view over the mountains and it has a great private terrace. We loved the pool! It's perfect and a great place to relax.

I can honestly say what an amazing time we had.. Arrived quite late in the evening and had such a warm welcome.. The views were stunning and the apartment was not only beautiful it was very clean. The owners went out of there way to help In anyway they could. If you want a break away from it all this is the place to go.. Swimming pool, sauna, private bbq and a lovely area to sit and eat whilst admiring the view. This is away from it all but at the same time your only 40 mins drive away from the beach.. I would recommend this to anyone.. We took our teenage son and he loved it. Will be booking again in the new year.. Can't thank the owners enough for such a great stay and help with anything we needed.. 10/10 guys. Look forward to returning to such a stunning, beautiful place.. Many thanks the Sammars family..

This place is fabulous, stunning scenery with goats grazing on the surrounding mountain, a place for great walks and a swim afterwards in the fantastic pool. The owner is friendly and helpful, it is isolated although the nearest town has everything and everyone I met was friendly.
