Really comfortable apartment in a quiet area. I accidentally left my car window open all night and it was safe so clearly a very nice neighbourhood too. Check in was smooth and simple

Highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable. I arrived early as I'm walking and wanted to avoid the afternoon heat and this was no problem. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was ice in the freezer and stuff to make fresh coffee. The mattress was fantastic-a real treat!

Average at best, room for improvement.

Roof top terrace could be fabulous for dinner but there is no protection from the sun 🌞 We set up a sheet to block and had dinner, what an under utilised space.

Aircon unit constantly made a buzzing noise, was the weekend so no joy re fixing it. The photo above this review is not the room we stayed in…I wish…kitchen had no wine glasses and old basic utensils. Long overdue for an upgrade.

Place is nice, clean and neat. Everything you need for few days stay is there. Parking spaces are not marked, but it is very easy to park close to apartment. Villanueva de la Conception is pretty small town and mountains are amazing.

The apartment was super clean, airy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything one needed. Even a tablecloth! Nice patio on roof, washer, dryer, clothes rack....

Kitchen counter was on a bit of a slant, so didn't really want to cook anything much, but was fine for eggs in the morning and I didn't want to cook dinner anyway!

Peaceful and very nice stay

Peaceful, clean and lovely apartment. Very nice communal roof balcony with amazing views to El Torcal and valleys and mountains around the village.

Apartment has no kitchen table or chairs, but you can eat outside on the communal balcony or use the sofa and sofa table which worked fine for us.

Good

The apartment block is specifically designed for rentals - the roof patio is shared with the other rental apartments but is spacious and an excellent place to enjoy an evening beer or wine (or a daytime sunbathe). It's also where the washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities are and again, these are shared with the other apartments in the block (five apartments if I remember correctly). The apartment that we had is fine for use as a base to explore the area. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, though it wasn't needed for this stay. The entrance to the block is slightly up the hill and round the corner, not on the main road. Parking is on the street but there were no problems encountered with this. The location of the apartment is central to the village, which given some of the hills, is a very good thing indeed. There is a supermarket only 150 metres away.

To say that I "didn't like" the following would be a bit strong, these are more observations really: the kitchen facilities are basic - a two-ring electric hob, a microwave and limited storage space - but they are adequate for a casual stay. Despite having double glazing and not being directly on the main road, noise from traffic and passers-by seemed quite loud (I know that it's subjective of course).

Comfortable place with great value for your money

Perfect location to explore central Andalusia by car, with easy and free parking on the street. There is both a decent supermarket and a 24-hour vending machine within a 2-minute walk. The apartment was very comfortable with AC and heating. The spacious bathroom and the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't meet our host, but he was helpful when we talked.

In general, the apartment was clean, but there was some amount of human hair scattered on the bed sheets. All else was great about this place.

Beds were very hard.no soap in kitchen . No kettle .Weren't informed of building works until arrived at property. Lighting in hallway didn't work had to use torch to see steps down to apartment

Very reasonably priced, enormous sun terrace, comfortable bed and well equipped. Airers and pegs in the utility area on the sun terrace level if you need to wash clothes - we did. Very close to Día supermarket which was excellent and when we visited was open Monday - Saturday 0730 - 2100.

Badly insulated so a lot of traffic noise from outside. Bring ear plugs! There is building work going on during the day on the floor below . This is extremely noisy but didn't really affect us as we were out most of the time. However, due to the building work, the WiFi wasn't available which did cause us a problem.
