About this villa rental
Old, rural villa that has been recently renovated in a traditional style. It is situated at a fenced terrain of 10.000 meters in the region of Antequera. The holiday home is surrounded by olive trees, palm trees, almond trees, fruit trees and flowers. Enjoy the beautiful view over the mountains of Malaga and the Guadalhorce valley.
The holiday home is at about 7 kilometres from the village Villanueva de la Concepcion. The entrance to the house is in good condition.
The house has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one single bed. There is a bathroom with shower. The living room has a fireplace and the kitchen is separate. In the kitchen, you find an oven a washing machine. The holiday home has electric heaters and air-conditioning.
Outside you find a terrace with a stone floor, a private pool and a traditional barbecue with stone furniture.

We love this clean , well equipped and quietly situated villa but the kindness and hospitality of Ana Maria made it a very special holiday for us. The pool and views are wonderful and everything is carefully maintained. We have visited several times and would love to return .

Die Finca hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Erholung pur und sagenhafte Ausblicke! Wir haben nicht einmal das Meer und den Strand vermisst!
Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Ab September kann man abends im Ort leider nicht essen gehen. Die Küchen sind nur bis zum späten Mittag geöffnet.

Wundervoller ruhiger Familienausflug. Die Kinder liebten den Pool. Die Einrichtungen sind ausgezeichnet und alles sauber und ordentlich.

The hosts were so nice and left many thoughtful items (wine, fruit, all sorts of toiletries). The location and views, sublime. The pool was great with lots of pool toys for the kids. It was chilly but we still used it a lot (2nd week of October). The house itself was spotless and very roomy. Kitchen very well equipped. We've stayed in a LOT of great vacation rentals, but this was one of our faves. Great value. Oh, and the sweetest family of cats living on site. Our children were in heaven!
