About this apartment rental

Beachfront Apartment with direct access to the promenade and the beach, in the landmark building "Canaima", whose excellent beachfront location Malapesquera and next to Puerto Marina, make it an ideal place to enjoy the coast of Benalmádena.
Fully capable of outdoor and 8 people, has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room of 24 m2, with TV, 2 sofa beds and dining area, two bedrooms, bed double, bathroom, toilet, and a large terrace of 16 m2 with magnificent views of the pools and the sea.
Fully furnished and equipped with appliances, linens, towels, etc., In the rental price includes final cleaning.
It has private covered parking, gardens and two pools (adult and child), that communicate via a staircase with the promenade and the beach, and from which enjoys a spectacular view over the sea.

Lovely apartment and location every thing you need is there only problem for me was no wifi and only one key my wife likes to go homeearly so had to keep brinin her back then go out again

Enjoyed our stay would have liked two sets of keys as there was two couples sharing this apartment and only one set of keys supplied. We also had issues with the internet we couldn’t comnnect to it at all also no English tv channels at all. Loved the views would have liked air con as it was very warm at night but would return again very central and immaculate apartment block

Really nice place,very central to beach and shops,no wifi as stated,could not use bathtoom for first couple of days as door would not unlock,contacted caretaker and no reply,had to contact owner,who was very helpful,kids told the could not use pool or make noise before 12 oclock,appartment bedding smelt damp and foisty,letherette sofa bed was awfull,as all the leather was peeling,clothes,feet and any thing that touched it was coverd in white plastic bits that was hard to get off even when you did manage to get in the bathroom,needs a new sofa bed,clean bedding and a caretaker that actually cares,if these problems were taken care of i would definatley book and stay again

Had a great time in benalmadena the flat is great every thing you need new kitchen with dishwasher washing machine and big freezer .this is Ower second time there love it,the views are to die for will be going back again. Thank Beatriz.

Clean and tidy. Very central to all amenties, both from the main street and the back steps to the beach promenade with its coffee bars and cafes. Very secure with both the front and back gates being locked at all times and only accessible to residents. Lovely swimming pool and fantastic views of the beach with a great sized sunny balcony. Well equipped kitchen, but beds could do with updating and had trouble with getting flat screen TV to work (volume always at max? Loved its location and would certainly consider another stay perhaps in the summer months to take advantage of the beach on its doorstep.
