Apartment next to the beach, with a large terrace of 80 m2, with wide views of the Avenida del Puerto Deportivo. 2 bedrooms and living room with sofa bed (6 pax.), Fully furnished and equipped with Wifi, A / C, TV, dvd, radio-cd, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, washing machine, iron, dryer, coffee maker, and rest of the utensils. In front of restaurants and supermarket 24 hours. Very well connected with bus and taxi stops in the same street. The airport is 8 km away. and the train stop 1 km away. Ideal for vacations.

Host Monica was fantastic.Meet us at the appartment.The apartment was spotless.Outside space is amazing.All facilities there, hob, microwave, f.freezer and washing machine.Location is supurb, just facing the Marina.3 min walk to the beach.Great restaurants and bars or even if you just want too sit for a coffee.Plenty of good quality shops at the Marine.Great place to stay.George and Elizabeth

We stayed for 5 night's at the apartment. It was ok but not great. The AC stopped work within 1 hr of our arrival. Monica was really easy to get hold of and sent somebody to sort it that evening which was good. There were no basic supplies which i would of liked to start us off which we have had in other apartments we have been too of a similar price bracket, not even a bottle of water. The outside area is really big and has good outside furniture but in desperate need of a good clean which is a shame as could be lovely. The sun does disappear from the terrace about 3pm then it is totally in the shade. The main problem we had was the one bathroom was an ensuite so it made it difficult with our 20 year old son with us. Ok if you have young kids but not adults.Overall its a great location and could be a great apartment but dont think we will go back unless its just hubby and me for a cheeky few days.

Although this apartment is in a good location that’s a far as it goes. It is badly in need of an update as everything is either mis matched or broken. The balcony is large but again furniture is old and broken. We even had to buy our own towels as the few that were left were badly worn, discoloured and even one had a big hole in it. Oh Monica! what a shame it has got so run down as with a bit of TLC it could be a lovely apartment 😟

Lovely

This was a lovely apartment with a beautiful terrace. We didn’t get much relaxation but this was no one’s fault. There was renovations going on in the apartment attached so the banging and hammering started at 7am every morning and went on until 3pm. We did get to lie in on Saturday and Sunday as they were off for the weekend👍😀Like I said not Monica’s fault. Would definitely recommend

Amazing Holiday in Benalmadena

The owner (Monica) was very helpful and friendly, greeting us at the apartment with a smile even though we arrived late evening (10.00 PM). The apartment met our expectations and is very secure with fantastic aircon and Wifi. The really massive draw of this apartment is the location, and, the huge sun terrace. Basically just using the apartment to sleep in and spending virtually all day everyday soaking up the sun, relaxing in the shade of the two parasols on the terrace, and barbecuing in the evening. Didn't want to leave, but hey ho, all good things as they say.

Fabulous location. Lovely apartment with outstanding terrace. Holiday started with very warm welcome from Monica even though we didn't arrive until after 10pm. We had an amazing week visiting the marina every day - it was only two minutes away. We did a boat trip to dolphin watch which was quite an experience and we visited lots of lovely restaurants. We walked along the beach front to Torremolinos and did the tourist train tour. All in all a wonderful holiday which we will definitely repeat. We laughed and said the only thing missing was a hot tub in the corner of the terrace.

Nice clean apartment, great large sunny terrace think that in the summer months it would be very hot as there is no shade. Wi-Fi worked great, Great big TV however only one English channel, right across from the Marina easy walk to boardwalk. Grocery stores short walk up the road.

We arrived outside property about 10 pm. We rang Monica and she met us and showed us the apartment and we signed the contracts. Monica was very friendly and informative and couldnt do enough for us. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed in it, Wi fi was very good and was handy for the kids. The balcony was very spacious and had loungers on it and also table and chairs. The location was right behind the marina and close to restaurants,bars and shops.The beach is only a short walk away. Only downside of this apartment is it can be quite noisy at night when the people are leaving the bars. There also is no pool at the complex but there is no problem using the pool in the Pamasol Hotel which is located just across the road from the apartment. We had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment.

Goed appartement met riant terras! De locatie is perfect, strand en haven, restaurants, alles op loopafstand. Monica reageert snel en is behulpzaam. Het terras zou iets gezelliger kunnen zijn en de matrassen van de bedden kunnen beter, maar al met al een heerlijke plek!!
