Nice wellness hotel which would do so much better with a few tweaks to the product

The view from the room was great, service from the staff was very friendly, wellness area was large, beautiful and well-furnished and the breakfast and dinner were great.

Air-conditioning didn’t work in both rooms we booked (we had ensured the balcony doors were locked and the AC unit was running for more than 2 hours but the rooms never cooled below 25 deg c). Glass walls for the toilet cubicle in room - lack of privacy. Dinner menu was complicated - hard to understand the actual menu of the day vs alternative options menu. There were only bar soaps provided in rooms for showering (including for hair) which takes a bit of getting used to (no conditioner provided).

The breakfast buffet and the offered menu was phenomenal. And a special thanks also to the sauna Master Claudio for his session!

The servants were not very friendly. We came a bit late to dinner (around 8pm) and he wanted us to finish the dinner fast. We didn't get a recommendation to finish our wine at the bar or in the room.

Weekend indimenticabile

Ho apprezzato praticamente ogni aspetto della struttura: gli ambienti sono curati e accoglienti, l’area wellness con sauna è particolarmente piacevole e la qualità della cucina è ottima. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato molto soddisfacente.

L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che il giorno della partenza non è possibile continuare a utilizzare la sauna senza un supplemento. Il check-out è alle 11 e, rispetto ad altre strutture dove è possibile rimanere nell’area benessere anche nel pomeriggio dopo aver lasciato la camera, qui questa possibilità non è prevista.

Essen spitze, riesen große Auswahl am Buffet 🤩😍 was das Herz begehrt! Die Lage ist ein Traum - spazieren, wandern, chillen - auch der Ort selbst sticht heraus - seeehr sauber!

Die Kleidung der Kellner ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und manch Turnschuh etwas abgelaufen...

Der wellnessbereich das Essen war auf sehr hohem Niveau das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und professionell- unser Kellner Noel hies er glaub ich sehr höflich gut gelaunt und professionell

Leider war das kältebecken im obersten Stock verunreinigt mit Haaren

tolles und super freundliches personal, ein hotel zum weiterempfehlen!

super tolle zentrale und doch ruhige schöne lage! essen absolut der hammer! jause einfach grandios und auch das frühstücksbuffet und abendessen! für nörgeler ist da fast nichts zu finden, was zu beanstanden wäre, für kinder hat es auch genug möglichkeiten, der sportpool für adults only ist genial! vorallem für schwimmer ideal.

einzig könnte man verbessern, dass die familien mit kleinkindern in einem anderen frühstücksraum etwas getrennt von den personen oder pärchen sind welche etwas ruhe beim essen wollen, sie haben genügend räume zum essen wo dies möglich wäre....

Unfassbar gutes Hotel.

Extrem empfehlenswert, top Spa-Bereich, sehr gute Gastro, schöne Ausstattung, ausgezeichneter Ausblick im Garten. Personal war top und aufmerksam. Parking Service und Begrüßungsdrink ebenso hervorzuheben.

Einziges Manko war, dass uns die Matzatze zu weich war. Aber das ist Geschmacksache.
