Great - but we upgraded.

We upgraded our room to one with aircon in the new section, as it was very hot. Room was lovely - modern and spacious with a huge bathroom, comfy bed and big balcony with a mini clothesline.

Older section bedrooms are not air conditioned nor have fans.

The staff were extremely caring and friendly with great local recommendations for actiivities and restaurants. The Breakfast and Evening buffets were excellent and we would quickly return for that alone.

short stay in Naturno

The breakfast room was exceptionally well-ornated, with a nice view outside. There were many dishes to choose from, and the coffee was tasty. we enjoyed using the jacuzzi, the pool and the sauna. The room had a nice view of the surrounding mountains.

there was no vegetarian dinner menu to choose from.

Cozy hotel with spacious rooms with view, quiet and close to center/public transportation

Spacious room, rich breakfast and solid dinner (4 courses including salad bar), parking available on premise, quiet location and at the same time next to center and bus stop for excursions.

Wellness - Sauna nicely refurbished however towels and shower gel missing, jacuzzi tub not working

Das der Saunabereich für die Badegäste ohne Abgrenzung zugänglich ist. Auch befindet sich kein Hinweis dass dort textilfrei ist. Man kam sich leider in der Sauna vor, wie auf dem Präsentierteller, da die Badegäste sich ständig vor der Sauna die Nasen an den Türen breit gedrückt hatten. Das geht leider gar nicht!

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt in Naturns.

Superieurzimmer war sehr gross und mit schönem Balkon. Das Essen war sehr gut, schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Innen- und Aussenbad war toll, dank dem schönen Wetter konnten wir draussen auf dem Liegestuhl die Sonne geniessen.

Aufteilung in zwei Klassen beim Abendessen. Hauptmenü beim Abendessen hat uns nicht begeistert. Sehr einfach gehalten für ein 4Sterne Hotel.

Beim Pool: Fehlende Handläufe bei den beiden Treppen (innen und aussen), welche in den tollen Pool führen. Ebenso beim Wirlpool.

Tolles Hotel zum Erholen und Entspannen in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit lichter Tiefgarage; grosszügiges Zimmer mit stilsicherer und wertiger Möblierung, viel Stauraum. Grosses Bad, viel Platz in der Dusche, ordentlicher Wasserstrahl. Tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück in stilvollem Ambiente. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Qualche giorno di relax

Bella struttura, soprattutto l'ala nuova dell'Hotel. Ottima, colazione, abbondante e con buona varietà di prodotti. Bella camera, pulita e spaziosa.

Migliorerei la cena. Il buffet delle verdure è buono ma manca il refill. Chi arriva dieci/quindici minuti dopo l'inizio della cena (ore 19:00) difficilmente riesce a mangiare qualcosa perché finite le pietanze non vengono ripristinate (ed a me è capitato). Inoltre le portate principali servite al tavolo sono veramente minime, sotto la sufficienza per un'hotel a 4 stelle. Visto il tanto spazio nell'ala nuova avrei predisposto una piccola palestra.

Abgesehen von kleinen Mängel hat es mir gut gefallen.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältige und gut. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Das Nachtessen war sehr gut. Super war das es einen Fahrradraum hat, mit genügend Steckdosen um das E-Bike aufzuladen.

Die Zimmer sind schon älter und die Bettwäsche hatte Löcher, vier von fünf Knopflöcher waren ausgerissen und beim fünften fehlte der Knopf.

Eine echte Empfehlung!

Wir waren im neuen Gebäude untergebracht. Die Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls neu gemacht und bietet schöne Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls neu und wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon gab es ein großes Loungesofa. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Empfang war herzlich und das Personal durchgehend freundlich, effizient und zuvorkommend. Das Abendessen, wie auch das Frühstück waren spitze. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt!

Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht steuern. Mir war die Kombination aus Bettdecke und 23 Grad einen Tick zu warm.

Un super hotel e pure bike friendly!

Hotel ottimo. Meriterebbe una stella in più sia per i servizi che per le camere. Colazione e cena superlative servite da uno staff professionale e simpatico. Piscina da 1.60 m, riscaldata, metà al coperto e metà all'aperto, idromassaggio ancora più caldo giusto, per rimetterti in forze dopo una giornata di bici sulle fantastiche piste ciclabili della valle. Grande comodità la bike-room nel garage sotterraneo con tante prese di ricarica. Questo sì che e' un hotel bike friendly! Prezzo onesto e commisurato ad un servizio di ottima qualità. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Nulla in generale. Tutto estremamente super. Se proprio qualcosa è da migliorare aggiungerei qualche presa elettrica nella bike room a ridosso della parete più libera. Essendoci una folta presenza di ospiti con e-bike (ed era solo metà luglio) è capitato di non trovare una presa di carica facilmente accessibile con il proprio alimentatore, ma per fortuna mi ero dotato di prolunga...

Toller Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Tolle Lage, tolles Hotel mit schöner Poolanlage und Aussicht, Zimmer sauber, Personal sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet fantastisch und Abendessen perfekt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Leider gab es keinen Handlauf beim Pool und Wirlpool, was den Einstieg ins Wasser etwas schwierig für uns gestalten hat. Außerdem gab es keine Nachmittags-Sause was wir schade fanden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, nur das Doppelzimmer war nicht gut

Das Essen (wir hatten Halbpension gebucht) war sehr gut, insbesondere das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der runderneuerte Pool- und Saunabereich sind top und auch dass Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im nicht renovierten Hotelbereich gebucht. Leider keine Klimaanlage, das stand in der Zimmerbeschreibung, aber es war eine derart schlechte Luft im Zimmer bei eigentlich nicht besonders heißen Tagen um die 25 Grad. Das war schon grenzwertig. Auch die Ausstattung des Zimmers war leider eher überschaubar.
