Exceptional
Real feel of luxury. The food is exceptional. A la carte in the evening with a daily menu, and a really diverse and well thought out buffet for breakfast and lunch (with fantastic sweet treats). The spa is very well equipped with many saunas and steam rooms, relaxation rooms and lovely pools. the staff are also very friendly (Viktor and Matus were particularly helpful during our stay).
The hotel is in a bit more of a built up area than I had imagined, but once you are inside or at the pools you are well insulated from the surrounding town and close to the bus stop for Merano.
