Almost Everything. Incredible friendly owner Sergei , clean room which for us having a small baby it’s important, pool was also clean, breakfast we were asked what we wanted and next morning was there (not included in the price), we had a shower problem (temperature of the water unfortunately)but the owner Sergei willing to help and I am sure next time all be fine

This hotel is suitable both for overnight between flight and for longer Armenia exploring. Small but safe oasis in Shengavit surburb, quiet green garden with pool, sunbeds and own kitchen with microwave owen. The guy on front desk named Sergey is very helpful and attentive asking about your travel details and schedule in advance. The room is quite modernly equipped, soft bed and all things needed for relax and rest. Arriving in dark time you would hardly find any sign of the hotel but Sergey will defenitely guide you when taxi stops.
Please, repair the shower in room 8;))

The rooms are comfortable and there are good facilities such as the garden, swimming pool and communal kitchen. The location is out of town but very close to shops and the metro system. The host Sergei is extremely helpful.
