Guest House Lilia

The place is neat and walkable distance to the Southern Bus terminal if your going to Goris. I slept well here, the toilets and bath are clean. Complimentary towel and amenities. They have strict house rules that worked for us, you cannot stay over midnight outside.

Good location.. 5 minute walk from the subway station / train station / bus connections to Georgia. Clean facilities, helpful staff. We stayed here a couple of times during our stay in Armenia.

Didn't care for the posted 'rules' all over the place.

I had so beautiful room, with a big circle window , everything was so clean , the hostess is so polite , careful for guests , in my room I had microwave, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine, which is so important for travels , I like the fact that in that house it is not acceptable to cook, because the smell of different dishes will be so disgusting for me . The guests should be polite and respectful for rules in that house . We should be at home at 00:00 which is so good.

Lilia is an amazing host who welcomes you with a smile. She opened the door for us at 3am after our plane was delayed. The beds are comfy, rooms are clean, guests can use microwave, fridge, clean toilet, clean shower; the area is quiet and only 7 minutes walk to Yerevan main railway station plus metro. We loved the place and had to extend by an extra day due to tiredness. I recommend this guesthouse
