Guest House Lilia

I loved everything! The location is great—the house is situated not far from the David Sasuntsi metro station (within a 5-minute walk), with grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, bakeries, a market, and a bus terminal all nearby. It’s quiet and comfortable; there are house rules in place, which ensures that all the guests are decent people and no one disturbs anyone else. The hostess is incredibly welcoming and kind—she even treated us to some delicious homemade baked goods. The room had everything we needed: clean bed linen, good-quality towels, soap, a toothbrush, and slippers, all provided upon check-in. I highly recommend it to everyone!

(+) very clean (+) large apartment (+) comfortable (+) nice stuff

It was excellent for me, no minuses

The place is neat and walkable distance to the Southern Bus terminal if your going to Goris. I slept well here, the toilets and bath are clean. Complimentary towel and amenities. They have strict house rules that worked for us, you cannot stay over midnight outside.

Good location.. 5 minute walk from the subway station / train station / bus connections to Georgia. Clean facilities, helpful staff. We stayed here a couple of times during our stay in Armenia.

Didn't care for the posted 'rules' all over the place.
