About this house rental

Modern, executive style, two bedroom townhouse located in a private, secluded development in the heart of Galway City. Wood flooring, gloss kitchen cabinetry with all major appliances, bathroom with walk in shower, separate work space with desk, all finished in a homely design makes for a lot of comfort. TV with smart channels only. WIFI.



Our townhouse offers a central base while exploring Galway City and the surrounding areas. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom. The living area and kitchen are open plan and located upstairs.



Strictly over 25s unless travelling with family.

A refundable security deposit of €200 will be collected offline 1 day prior to arrival.



FOR MONTHLY STAYS:

We will collect a refundable security deposit of €200 plus €200 for monthly utilities and a final deep clean of €100. This will be collected offline.



Pop downstairs to Galway's famous Charlie Bynes bookshop and spend hours sifting through old books, and new, and you will definitely pick up a few bargains.



You will be spoiled for choice with the location of the apartment. So many new and old restaurants on your doorstep, pubs, historical buildings, the list goes on!

PEACE OF MIND

This property uses the Cloverleaf Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.



We supply towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs.



Other things to note: We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless traveling with family. We do not rent to locals.



**NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
