Clean and well equipped apartment.

The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet street. Well equipped kitchen. Generally a very pleasant stay.

It was not possible to regulate the heat. Thankfully there was a heater in the bathroom. If you are a light sleeper the trains run very close to the apartment and maybe a problem. Ear plugs recommended.

The property has everything that you would need. Very clean, modern and spacious. Located on a very calm and quiet street, but also only a 5 minute walk from the trams to get into the city, and a 10 minute walk to shops. Definitely will be returning here.

The bed is extremely squeaky with any slight movement or even when sitting down on the bed. The shower head is too low, therefore you need to crouch when trying to wash your upper body or hair, this is coming from someone who is 5ft 7.

We was met at the property by the owner, who gave a comprehensive walk through of the apartment and the facilities. He left us with his personal contact number in case we had any problems. The apartment was warm and inviting which was a pleasure after our long journey. We were allocated off street parking with electric gates, which was great for the hire car. The location of the property was ideally situated for the HAHS clinic which was the purpose of our visit. The whole experience was excellent and we will definitely use again for further visits to the area.

This not a negative comment but a comment how could the excellent experience be improved even further. For us personally, an option of a small welcome pack with some basic essentials such as milk coffee bread etc would have benefited us. Obviously this would beed to be an optional extra with costs. There are number of small food stores nearby which we found the following day when we orientated ourselves.

Miły pobyt w Szczecinie

Bardzo udany wyjazd i nocleg, okolica bardzo cicha i spokojna, do centrum maksymalnie 10 minut drogi, w okolicy mnóstwo sklepów i centrów handlowych. W pokoju bardzo czysto, wszelkie udogodnienia udostępnione zgodnie z ofertą, łóżka bardzo wygodne, miejsce godne polecenia.

Lokalizacja blisko sklepów, z dala od centrum, w spokojnej okolicy. Czysto i schludnie.

Zbyt mało naczyń, dlatego nawet nie wypełnioną zmywarkę należało włączyć. Słaba wentylacja, pomimo, iż byliśmy w okresie gdy temperatura na zewnątrz nie przekraczała 18 stopni, w środku było duszno. Ogród mógłby być bardziej zadbany.

Große Zimmer, super sauber

Der Boden der Dusche etwas rutschig. Die Schublade am Waschtisch defekt. Nicht ausreichende Info wegen raus und reingehen ins Haus. Wir sind spät abends angekommen. Das Kästchen mit dem Schlüssel schlecht im dunkel zu bedienen ohne eigene Beleuchtung (z.b. Handy).

Zbyt zimna łazienka. Grzejnik można włączyć przed przyjazdem gości. Bardzo słaby zasięg wifi, często traciło sygnał.
