Impressive exclusive modern style villa on the seafront, located in Altea for a capacity of 12 people. The villa is located in the renowned urbanization Campomanes. The villa has a large plot of 1800 m2 fenced with diverse trees and an area with lawn in which to sunbathe or enjoy the tranquility in its many chill-out sofas. Impressive large heated pool in which you can alternate swimming with the relaxation of the jacuzzi. A short walk will take you to the distinguished stone cove, marina, restaurants and services. Gas barbecue where you can cook a good barbecue with sink, shower and toilet. The villa has free wifi throughout the property.
The villa is composed of 3 floors with an area approx. 722 m2 The entire property has air conditioning and underfloor heating in all living rooms and bedrooms. It also has an elevator that connects the 3 floors.
Ground floor: (Closed cellar) Large garage with capacity for 3 cars. Fully equipped gym TV room DTT / Sat equipped with sound equipment and relax chairs. 1 large studio with equipped kitchen, double bed, TV TDt / Sat and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink in suite. The main floor can be accessed through an elevator or internal staircase with 18 steps.
Main floor: (Access from outside through 4 steps) Spacious dining room with modern furniture and living room with TV TDT / Sat. Open kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, American fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. 1 living room with desk, equipped with TV TDT / Sat, printer-scanner and a sofa bed recommended for two children.

You can make your meals outdoors in your wonderful gas barbecue.
Distances: A short distance to reach the exclusive stone cove of Campomanes 0.9 Km, where the Campomanes marina is located, with numerous restaurants and outdoor terraces. The center of Calpe is 7km away where you can enjoy one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. The supermarket is 200 meters from the Villa.
