It is fully air-conditioned, equipped with all modern conveniences and adapted to people with reduced mobility.Located away from the crowds but 3 minutes from Villa Joyosa, between Alicante, and Benidorm, located just above four fine sandy beaches, the villa is in perfect condition, located in a very quiet and noiseless neighborhood.You enter a very large living room of about 180 m2 living room illuminated by l by large windows overlooking the sea and a covered terrace.
